Scott with Proper Plumbing provided excellent service in replacing the water regulator and installing new toilets for my home. He was able to access the water pipe connected at the street with a cool looking camera hose, showing me the tree roots obstructing the pipe. I appreciate Scott's customer service and polite manner.

Called Proper Plumbling for an issue with our water heater. They sent someone out the next day. The worker was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was presented with 3 options for the fix that was needed. I selected the option I wanted and he left to get a part and then promptly returned and did the repair + the flush that I requested. He verified that we had hot water before I even paid. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again for any plumbing needs we have in the future.

I appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism of everyone at Proper Plumbing. They were easy to communicate with and schedule (phew!), and did a beautiful job on installing a new bathroom faucet, repairing what we broke trying to DIY, and making my guest bath work perfectly (no more sticking handle and drainage issues!).

He offered 3 different quotes with different price points based on what I wanted him to complete since some issues weren't as urgent as others. The two plumbers, Scott and Caleb, were on-time, very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. They explained every option and advised about priorities vs. 'can wait'. They fixed my drainage problem quickly and using the simplest method. They also quote in bundles rather than each job/equipment separately. My daughter has also been pleased with their work.

Awesome & speedy installation of our new water softener system by Scott! He came out a few weeks ago to give us a quote for the project and was also willing to list out various options based on what we wanted. That was a huge factor in choosing Proper Plumbing because they were willing to work with us to tailor the project to our specific needs. We were then able to schedule our preferred date for installment.

Scott is friendly and very knowledgeable, answering the many questions we had about the system since we’re new to water softeners. In addition to the water softener, he also installed new laundry angle stops, a new water regulator, and our water leak detector for us. I had a great experience with Scott and his crew. After getting a leak assessed by another local company, Scott came by to take a look at what would be necessary to get the leak fixed. He gave me multiple options, which helped me decide how to move forward with repairs.

All-in-all, his partner came by during our allotted time and completed the repair within 5.5 hours or so! Faster than I was expecting and I haven't had any issues since rerouting our plumbing.

This morning driving on the 5 north past Balboa Ave around 6:30 am one of KMP's truck was driving like a real jerk. Weaving in and out of traffic cutting people off. Driver needs to slow down!!! too bad I have to give at least 1 star to post this
