Clint was wonderful to explain everything that he was doing. He gave me all the options & allowed me to make the decision of how to proceed. Clint has excellent communication skills. He got the job done in a short amount of time & is professional & courteous. We appreciate all of you. We had a water heater go out on us. The entire process with Proper Plumbing was outstanding. Emailed a service request and was called back within 15 minutes. Technician (Clint) was on site in an hour. Was also contacted by Service Manager (Scott) who explained in detail what would happen. Clint checked everything out then Scott called me to discuss options. Clint retrieved materials and installed SAME DAY. A seamless and professional process from beginning to end. I needed someone to install a water softener and address a new bathtub draining issue. I also needed help converting our new water softener to propane. I looked at Yelp, contacted Proper Plumbing and they arrived the next day. Scott was a true professional. He did what he said he would do, did so at a fair price and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Scott and Proper Plumbing!

Had a major plumbing issue. Both Scott and Clint from Proper Plumbing were amazing. They were timely and worked late to insure that I had water. They were very friendly and kind. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again for any future needs.

Proper Plumbing is the best!! From start to finish they were wonderful! Booking with Brittany was easy and she is very knowledgeable which helped a lot. Scott and Clint did the repairs and were very professional and respectful of my concerns and my home. They also explained things to me at a level I understood and answered all my questions.

Also, before Scott and Clint arrived, I got a text letting me know they were on the way and it had a picture so I knew who was coming to my home. All around awesome experience with Proper Plumbing!!

The first time we called for a service Scott showed up within an hour of calling, he was professional, quick, & very upfront honest. He helped get our lines unplugged easily and walked us through each step of the way. We later found out Scott is the owner which made his service even more great. We have since called for little fixes as simple as a toilet swap. Each time has been quick, reasonable & very friendly.

We had Proper Plumbing do a number of repairs and installations at our home, including rerouted hot water li e from.under the slab and a new tankless water heater. Their communication prior to and following the work was great and they were always on time and on budget.

I needed my PRV replaced, and could not get the old one off for the life of me. Monday I called Proper Plumbing and was cheerfully assured by Brittany they could absolutely help me with this small job. As this was not an emergency, she scheduled me for a morning appointment that Thursday. Tuesday she called to let me know they had an opening for this Tuesday afternoon if I wanted it. Once accepted, Scott called immediately to get the details of the job and let me know the process. Within 1/2 hour of our conversation Clint arrived. Clint was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous, graciously waiting for me to finish up a work call. He quickly assessed the situation, explained my options, and let me decide what I thought was best for my situation. Scott called with my option pricing, and explained the work that would be done. Clint graciously let me take care of the paperwork so I could go back to my work. Everything was completed just as promised, and I could not be more pleased. Thank you all for making this as painless as possible, and double kudos to Clint - I cannot imagine a more pleasant interaction. I will be sure to call Proper Plumbing the next time my DIY project turns out to be more than I can handle on my own. Thanks again!!

Really did a good job well orchestrated out and a very reasonable price, professionalism

We had a leak underneath our sink which I attempted to reepair myself with no success. I phoned Proper Plumbing & spoke with Brittany. She was friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable, and was ensured that she asked all needed questions to get the information to our technician.
Scott arrived at our home early the next day, and had our "problem" diagnosed and fixed within minutes. The drain hose from our dishwasher had slipped off the garbage disposal, causing the leak. I was ready to pay my bill, when Scott said "I really didn't repair or replace anything. There's no charge."
My wife and I were shocked, and we both agreed that with ethics like his, Scott now had us as life long customers. Kudos to Scott and as we later found out, his wife Brittany for such exceptional service.

Brittney was great setting up appointment to replace dead water heater at fair price. Scott arrived on time and did excellent job on new water heater installation. Highly recommend Proper Plumbing.

Scott did a great job in diagnosing our problem (tankless water heater in a newer build that went cold 5 minutes into a shower). and fixed a number of issues. We'd had a number of folks out, none of who tested anything, just wanted to replace (from most expensive to least). Scott replaced the least expensive repairs (that were faulty) first and remedied our issue. Great customer service, reasonable prices, high quality repairs. Highly recommend!

From the estimate through delivery, Scott and his team were phenomenal. We needed our sewer line replaced, and the Proper Plumbing team did fantastic work AND educated us through the process. When we ran into new issues as they began work, Scott took time to talk me through the what and the why and, in many cases, suggested options for me to think through. I didn't feel pressured or upsold at all but his intention was making us happy with the end result.

It was clear from day one that the Proper Plumbing team cared deeply about getting our lives back to normal and minimized complexity wherever possible. I would highly recommend this group to anyone in the San Diego area in need of anything from simple plumbing jobs all the way to large, complex ones.

We found Proper Plumbing by chance seeing one of their vehicles at a stoplight. We’re very glad we did decided to call them after getting estimates from two other well known companies. We were very impressed with the professionalism, thorough inspection, and estimates provided. As for the work, it was top notch. We required work in several rooms in our home and everything was done to the specifications discussed in our High satisfaction.We would highly recommend Proper Plumbing for anyone needing work. Proper Plumbing will be our go to service provider in the future.

Prior Proper Plumbing prevents poo and pee puddles was my first thought when I saw their van in town but in my case it was a poo and pee POND that I developed under my home. Scott came right out, assessed my problem, ordered a hazmat team to remove and sanitize the area and then Clint repaired the broken pipe and made some requested upgrades in the house. They were clean, neat and efficient and let me know what to expect along the way. Very good team.

This company did a great job from estimates - from product recommendation for new tankless water heater - received 3 product options; to pricing - Very reasonable; to Installation - On Time, clean & neat job, I did not have to be there; to Follow Up - made sure I was happy and even came by to review tank use when I was back home. SIX Stars out of 5 - Superb Company to work with. Scott was recommended by another satisfied customer. Britney made scheduling Easy. Scott did an Outstanding job. Bonus, he is Easy to get hold of and provides thorough explanations to questions.
