Denis was awesome. He gave me a real world explanation of my problem and multiple ways we could address it. It was very comforting to have someone who was looking after my best interests. His advice made good sense. I appreciated his expertise.

Outstanding service and responsiveness! The dispatcher called just 5 minutes from my initial call, and Arturo was there in scarcely a half hour. He diagnosed the problem right away and took care of everything completely. And what a great guy: personable, hard-working, and a perfectionist! These guys are the best!

Finally found a plumbing service that was easy to contact, friendly on the phone, quick to get an appointment and our technician Jack was wonderfully. He was able to fix our problem in no time. I will definitely be using them in the future and letting all my friends know.

They tried to charge me $2000 for a drain! They said well it's an emergency so thats the price.

I called early Saturday for a plumbing emergency since our normal plumber doesn’t have weekend hours. Rooter Hero was at my house in about an hour. Enrique fixed the problem and used the camera to identify why we had a reoccurring issue (faulty work by another plumber). I was very impressed by the response time and the professionalism. The price was also much less than our regular plumber. They will definitely be my first call for any future plumbing issues.

10/10 very nice and professional. Quickly cleared a drain that was giving me issue and stuck to the $77 deal. Also gave me some information and an estimate on another issue with the same shower. I wasn't looking to get it fixed today which Dennis was very respectful of and just gave me all the information so I could decide later on

They uncovered potential bossiest I did not know I had and explained in detail the necessary work needed to repair the plumbing in my old house. Hector was amazing! He called 29 minutes before he arrived, and get was very congenial and friendly. He covered his feet before coming into my house, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He honored my coupon. Gave me good advice, and didn't upsell me on anything. While I was unhappy with the plumbing issue, Hector made the experience easy and fair...We will be using this company in the future!!! (Hopefully, not too soon!)

Allen was knowledgeable about all aspects of this problem. He described what was wrong, took pictures to show me and did a fantastic job. All the while very pleasant , cleaned up everything and was the all time best plumber I have ever used. His knowledge , advice and experience will stay with me. He is a great advert for your visit. You can’t find people like him with all those skills , keep him going and keep him happy. He is so needed.

I phoned Rooter Hero Plumbing due to a backed up kitchen sink. They were able to send a technician out within an hour! This also offer a special offer through 12/31. The technician was fast, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Jason was outstanding in every way. He called me to give me his time frame. He was courteous and professional. He was very empathetic about my condition (I had wrenched my back while crouching under sink to try to stop the gushing water). He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing, and explained to me how the entire system works in my house, which was interesting and helpful in understanding why I had a big clog in my system. He spent a lot of time fixing the issue and making sure things were running smoothly. He then spent extra time checking my hot water heater and water pressure, since I had just moved into this house barely a month ago. Overall, Jason was just super and I will definitely request him back if and when I need future plumbing needs.
My Handyman recommended Rooter Hero a few months back when I was getting ready to sell my previous house. I remembered the company when the leak emergency happened yesterday.
