Clint and Scott are excellent. We had a few glitches in all the work, but not their fault. They immediately made sure everything was fixed and operation. Great service.

I used proper plumbing and they were reliable, honest, and they went above and beyond. In my opinion they are the BEST in San Diego. Scott was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

When it comes to plumbing you have to act fast! I had gotten an "emergency quote" from another plumbing company... Not only did they want to drill through my epoxy floor and charge $20,000. to "re connect a pipe" the technician charged hourly & worked as slow as a snail * In-between his smoke breaks*

WE CALLED Proper Plumbing, Scott actually came up with a new solution to reroute the pipes above instead of below ground like our old house was...

I saved THOUSANDSSSSS & only had to repair drywall at the end of the day..

An unmarked sewer line was struck on one of our job sites and required repairs immediately. Proper Plumbing was able to meet our two major concerns, time and cost. Proper Plumbing was able to complete the sewer line repair in half the time for half the cost of other plumbing contractors we had contacted. There were a lot of unknown factors during this repair and they were able to adapt quickly when faced with difficulties. They also worked very well with our safety requirements and our safety representatives never had any concerns when observing their activity. I just had Scott come out from Proper Plumbing to fix a shower drain. I am very happy with the service Scott provided. I will most assuredly be reaching out to Proper Plumbing whenever I need service, and I intend to reach out to them when we go ahead and remodel the master bedroom, which will include relocating the shower, adding a sink, etc. Scott was very friendly, professional, and informative. They helped me switch out my shower and bath fixtures as well as reset my toilet, and install a new vanity. They were professional, quick, and reasonably priced. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Original call to Proper told me that they were too busy for a week and a half. This was unacceptable because it was for hot water heater replacement. After trying another firm, I received a call from proper telling me they had a cancellation and could come that afternoon. Two men arrived (on-time!). They examined the situation and gave me a quote with three choices at different price points. We opted for the best, a tankless system which required a four-hour installation. The men arrived the next morning (again on-time!) and had the job completed in three hours and 45 minutes.

Absolutely great work! The men were more than courteous and respectful. They were fun. They also included a new pressure regulator for the house at no charge.

Scott was wonderful! We received an honest quote for a tankless water heater, presented some choices, he was willing to offer suggestions, plus answer a few questions on a current plumbing issue. We had Scott out a while back for a water main repair. We saved his contact info so we could call if we had need in the future and we did.. .this time a water leak repair. While his team was here they also installed a Halo filtration system and a tankless water heater. They are friendly, courteous, professional, honest, reliable, on time, and very dedicated to providing the best service. We highly recommend Proper Plumbing!
