Rooter Hero was great to work with, they have a well organized system that sends text messages updating you about your service. They even sent a photo of the technician who preformed our service prior to their arrival. Our Technician was Aaron who was very personable and knowledgeable. He walked me through possible outcomes prior to snaking our clean out, and gave me a written quote for the service before he began. On a side note my kids were really curious about the whole process and Aaron was really welcoming to their interest, which I greatly appreciate. I will definitely be calling them for issues in the future!

Aaron Schiebel and the other professionals at Rooter Hero really came through for us when we needed emergency services on our backed up waste lines. The response time was great and they were highly professional. They fixed the problem quickly and the price was very reasonable. I appreciate the work they did and would highly recommend this company, specifically Aaron.

They were absolutely amazing in fixing my plumbing so I would have my sink and washer back in service. They even found a gas leak and waited until it was fixed to complete the job, rather than saying they had other things to do. Definitely recommend them for sure

Extremely courteous service from everyone involved. Placed a call at 1pm for a kitchen drain cleaning and dispatch followed up immediately stating technician would arrive between 2:30 and 4:30. They arrived at 3pm and they were done at 3:20pm. I was extremely pleased and plan to use them again.

Top notch service, from initial call to schedule to my technician Erick. All excellent and very knowledgeable. Knew exactly what was happening, able to fix and explained all. Will definitely be using them again!

Outstanding service from top-notch plumbing technician, Michael (Mike) yesterday. I was so impressed with this company. They answer the phone promptly and are very courteous and professional. They sent a technician out within 30 minutes. Mike was exceptional from the moment he arrived: so friendly and helpful and, wow, does he ever know what he's doing. Lol. I had to make a comment to him that it's not too often we meet people who are not only really good humans - kind, friendly, personable, polite and professional - but they are also REALLY good at their jobs. Two thumbs way up from me!

Quite possibly the single greatest phone call of my entire life. I will not be including pictures in this review and for good reason. Just imagine, the worst possible thing happening in your bathroom and you'll be pretty close.

First off Rooter Hero Plumbing is 24 hours. Can't stress that enough. Their dispatch was super professional, and their service tech was quick, professional, and went way above and beyond.
It was a take my money kind of moment. When any solution was better than what you had done so far. And I have to say, the job was relatively inexpensive, even tho it required that our toilet was removed. Which must have been gross, and I am just so sorry.

I could not possibly rate this company high enough. Thank you for fixing that nightmare.

Peter arrived less than 2 hours after I called. He assessed my water heater and agreed it was done for. He provided me a quote, I accepted, and he got straight to work. I now have a new water heater and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Many thanks to Hector, George, Max, and especially Peter. Meeting Peter and Max was the highlight of my week - I couldn't have asked for a nicer or more knowledgeable team.

I called Rooter Hero Sunday morning in a panic because I woke up to sewer water in my downstairs floor. They answered first call and immediately assigned a technician to come check out the problem. That technician was Albert, he showed up fast and was professional. His understanding and knowledge about what was going on and what needed to be done was great! He solved the issue right away and I would absolutely recommend Rooter Hero to anyone that comes across a plumbing/pipe issue.

Jason was awesome! He provided different options for us and was able to resolve our plumbing issue quickly. It was easy to call in and schedule an appointment, for any future plumbing issues I will continue to use Rooter Hero.

My experience was excellent! Jason, who was the technician not only cleared the problem, but explain the workings of the device fixed And made me aware of future possible problems. I would recommend this company and suggest that if the location of the problem is in San Diego that Jason should be request. Hopefully we won’t have to, but would recommend this company highly!

Superb communication and pompt same-day service. Dennis was friendly and engaging. Like seemingly all plumbing companies, the advertised "special" did not apply, but received some consideration based on the ease of fix. Would use again.

This company has extremely high prices. 5x the rate of my other service providers for regular and emergency plumbing service.

The only upside to my experience was that they were one of the only providers who had availability the night of my emergency. So if you are desperate enough to get your plumbing work done after hours and don’t mind paying seriously high prices, they may be able to help you.

They were unsuccessful at clearing my drain and suggested hydrojetting. Their all-day/every-day pricing for jetting service is $1800. Other providers will jet and camera your drains for a fraction of that. I’d expected to pay about 700-800 for after hours jetting service. I did not agree to hydrojetting.

Dennis and his son provided us with the professional replacement of our entire sewage piping under our home. They were courteous and extremely hard working. And they represent your company incredibly well.

First of all Jason did a good job with relieving the stoppage at my mother's residence. I would like to personally thank Jason for helping my mother who is battling dementia. He was very polite and courteous when interacting with her. He took the time and patience to explain the situation over and over. Jason keep up the good work you are a godsend. Just wow! Great experience from start to finish! But specifically Allan K. was amazing from the moment he arrived! If we have any more plumbing needs we will be using Rooter Hero again!
