I was getting a new fridge installed and the valve to the water supply snapped. I called Mr.Rooter and Omar Marquez came out the following morning to get the mess sorted out. He was professional, courteous, and got the job done.

Anthony was the techs name he was very pleasant and professional. He explained everything in detail and quoted a price before proceeding to do the job. He unplugged the shower in a short period of time. Very satisfied with his work.

He was on time got to work quickly. Put the faucet on. It was still leaking from the new drain so he just cranked it down more and use some plumbers putty. Hope it doesn’t leak! But with a one year warranty if it does, I’ll be calling him back! Looks great.

Great service. Rosie reached out within minutes of posting my request to Yelp. I was able to get a same day appointment and Luis showed up promptly. He was polite and quick to resolve the leak. Luis also provided a recommendation for some soon-needed fixes for the water shut off valve without being pushy for an upsell.

Staff at Mr. Rooter took our call on an early Saturday morning and dispatched technician. Our master bathroom drain was backing up. Luis arrived and within minutes fixed the issue. He did an amazing job! Thanks Mr. Rooter!!

I had 3 different companies out for this 1 drain. First 1 refused to honor their coupon and pretended he didn't have a snake on his truck. Second one wanted almost 500 dollars to snake 30 ft. then Mr. Rooter came out early the tech looked like he felt bad charging me 89 dollars. He was done in less than 20 min. I was so happy to find a good, honest co. to deal with in the future.

Exceptional and professional work. On time and friendly. Communicated well. Will use again and highly recommend. Replaced old shower/tub water mixer and installed new hot and cold water supply lines for a double vanity. No leak, no problems and no hassle.

Under the Sea Plumbing & Drains was great to work with! We had a drain clog in our master bathroom that was affecting the toilet, shower, and sink. We had them come out and they video camera'd the line. The technician showed me the camera and explained that we had roots in our line and what the next steps were. We ended up having to replace the pipe because of the root invasion but they were able to get the repair done all in one day so we didn't have to get a hotel and we haven't had any issues since. They gave us a fair price and had great customer service - I highly recommend this company!

Jagger recently answered an emergency call to diagnose our water heater. He was prompt, professional and honest. Our old water heater has been on its last leg for a while now and he offered us multiple options to fix it and we decided ultimately to replace it. He was able to do so the same day and the work he did was very clean. He’s a great communicator and waked us through exactly what he would do. His prices were reasonable and I felt confident in his obvious mastery of his craft. 10/10 would recommend and will use again. Thank you Under The Sea!
