I would like to compliment Luis of Mr. Rooter for doing an excellent job of dealing with a stopped up drain. He knew exactly what was needed and resolved the problem qickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Luis.

I Called for a bathroom sink pipes to be snaked. The plumber was here within the hour and did a great job! Friendly, knowledgeable service! I would highly recommend !

Mr Rooter very nice people working there Rosa in front desk very friendly she said she would have Luis come over in 60 to 90 minutes , so Luis shows up on time ,nice and very friendly and explained the work and what was going to be done and the warranty and price ,Luis is very profesional and knowledgeable of his work ,he got the job done fast , I recommend Mr Rooter, for all plumbing needs ,from now on Mr Rooter will be our plumber..🙂 🪠

It is not a "this place"
I wish I had his name from the introduction. He was thorough. He had to deal with a lot of problems and persevered. A good personality. Easy to get along with. His explanations were helpful. I'd have him again.

The work was completed very professionally and to my complete satisfaction. My only issue was that none of the discount coupons I thought I had clipped were accepted for some of the small print. So overall the while work was done to my satisfaction but it cost considerably more expensive than I expected.

The guys ran a snake and unplugged the toilets. They also ran a camera to show where it was plugged up.

My wife called Mr. Rooter on a Saturday morning due to a clogged shower drain. The receptionist she spoke with was very pleasant and eager to resolve our problem. She informed my wife that their plumber named, Francisco would respond within an hour. Francisco arrived within the hour and quickly cleared the drain. He applied a military (veteran) discount to a fair and reasonable charge. If you’re ever in need of a professional plumbing company I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

I’m very happy I chose to go through Mr Rooter. They responded so quickly from the first call to scheduling. I received a few quotes and they were the most reasonable and I felt confident in their work. They were very professional, reliable, and knew what they were doing. I definitely will use them again!

The sink, disposal and related drain piping in our condo were showing their age, including a stubborn clog and a leaky disposal.

One plumber (nameless) we contacted gave us a quote online, but 2 weeks later we still didn't even have a scheduled visit. Another plumber (nameless) valiantly tried for over an hour to address the clog, but couldn't get his line further down than 15 feet.

He recommended we try one other plumber before alerting the HOA of the problem, so I contacted Mr. Rooter while that plumber was packing to leave. Within 2 hours I had contact from Mr. Rooter indicating they could schedule a visit the next morning!

Jose arrived within 1/2 hr of the start of the visit window and went to work. His quote stated if they didn't get the clog free there would be no charge! His efforts over 30-40minutes had 35 feet of cable down the drain line, which he confirmed as I watched him retrieve the entire cable. The clog has been broken, but we do have a second visit available to us free of charge if the clog persists over the next 30 days.

Jose noticed the disposal was leaking water so I mentioned I would work with one of the big box stores to get it replaced. Jose said he could quote us for the work, go purchase a new disposal and install it on the spot. Having taken the big box route before I knew his quote was comparable to theirs, and that would have involved a wait for an install date for a week or more. I even qualified for a decent senior discount which I gratefully accepted!

Mr. Rooter has a new fan now, here in Oceanside! While hoping you won't need to contact them anytime soon, they are worth your consideration. Well done!
