Erik was my plumber. He was very professional and courteous. This is my second time using him. He my go-to guy now. He’s friendly and personable. He did a great job, he was fast, and respectful of my property. I highly recommend him!

I’ve had an ongoing problem with water backing up in lower rental unit bathtub. It’s an old house with old copper plumbing. I have to get it snaked out fairly often. Today the tub was full of water and not going down at all. Of course the problem happened on the weekend. I was unable to get hold of my regular plumber. I knew the problem couldn’t wait until Monday. I called Craftsman Plumbing. I spoke with the owner who listened to my problem. He reassured me he would send out Robert, a service technician, between 2-3pm same day. I received both text messages and email notifying me of my appointment. I received a text stating Robert would be at the house at 2:45. He showed up on time. Robert was polite, a good listener as to the back story of the ongoing drainage problems. He went to work and cleared the problem up with professional integrity. He cleaned up the work area. Robert was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained the cost prior to doing the work. Craftsman Plumbing should be proud to have such a valuable employee like Robert working for them. He represents the face of the company when he goes to job sites. I , personally , was very impressed with his work ethic. The owner, Gian, was great on the phone too! Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service. They are 24/7 so that is great news too. I appreciate their service that I received. Shirley R

Incredibly professional and personable!

I had an emergency late in the afternoon
at my new home and did not know who to call. Our contractor recommended Craftsman Plumbing. I called and spoke to the owner, Giancarlo, who listened as I explained the issue. He was very helpful and acted swiftly.
Soon after our phone conversation, Erik showed up at my house and was just as helpful, personable and knowledgeable as Giancarlo and did a wonderful job, fixing my problem quickly.
It was such a relief to have professionals on the job! In a very efficient & timely manner they helped prevent what could’ve been a very difficult situation at a very reasonable cost.
So happy to have found them! Will not use anyone else! Thank you guys!

Honest and affordable! My aunt’s plumbing had gotten so bad that water was backing up into the pipes. We were referred to Craftsman Plumbing, and I’m so glad we went with them. We scheduled an appt and they came out the very next day. Gian was professional, personable, and transparent throughout the entire process. He quickly identified the root cause which were large roots growing into the pipes. He and his team communicated with us every step of the way, and he even added rock salts to help prevent future root growth. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The team from Craftsman plumbing was great. I had a burst pipe and they arrived promptly and assesses the situation. Even worked late on a Friday during the holiday season so I could have water for a shower for the weekend. Definitely recommend for any plumbing issue as team are skilled and also reasonably priced

Erick Hermosillo,master plumber was on time . Very effective to see what the problem was a defective water pressure regulator. He replaced it in record time. After he performed testing and the water pressure is set correctly. Outstanding work. Totally recommend him for any plumbing job. Very courteous and efficient.
5 star performance. Also removed old water system and performed bypass pipe routing.

We were having some other work done on our house when it was noted that there was intermittent smell of natural gas. Robert was able to come out and look and give us a quote same day. We were then able to set up an appointment soon after and get to work replacing the gas line. Robert talked through everything that was going to happen to get things fixed and even helped us contact a handyman to help repair some of the drywall which had to be opened up for the gas line repairs. Robert put in a lot of extra effort to get our system in working order and even helped us resolve a different issue we had going on. He truly went above and beyond for us.

Craftsman Plumbing & our tech Robert Rosenberg were very friendly, thorough, and brought their A game to rescue our water leak, plus even cared enough to check other areas to help prevent other leaks from happening. Highly recommend working with Craftsman Plumbing. 10/10!

Eric did a great job for me. Rebuilt two toilet mechanisms in my old condo and installed two hand held shower heads at no charge! Worked quickly and left both bathrooms clean. He was also just a nice, polite guy. Thanks!

Our bathroom faucet suddenly started spraying water sideways. A plumbing technician checked the aerator and replaced the damaged part. He tested the faucet thoroughly afterward. The water flow is normal again.
