Had a horrible experience with Roto-Rooter. After spending a few thousand dollars to clear a clogged drain, they botched some work, left a hole in the side of my house and then said I need over $10K in repair work.

Upon getting a couple additional opinions, I realized their work was sub-par, their preprosed fix was flawed, and I had wasted my time and money, and again, was left with a hole in the side of my house.

I won't ever use this group again, and advise you stay away too.

I feel John Stevenson plumbing is fair and very skilled. I feel completely differently about Roto-Rooter.

My lesson - Go with someone you trust the first time. Having to go back and get the work done again is costly. Wish I would have called John Stevenson the first time out.
