Would give 5 more stars if I could!! I texted Eric on a Monday night asking for a quote on weed abatement and by Wednesday afternoon, my yard is cleared! Less than 48 hour turnaround time is quicker than Amazon delivery! Eric and his team were prompt, kind, efficient and thorough and I’m pleased to have worked with them. He came in, checked and measured the rooms, explained the carpet cleaning options, and gave me a fair quote. I agreed to the price, and he got started right away. While cleaning, he walked me through the process, pointed out a few high-traffic areas, and shared helpful tips for keeping the carpet fresh between deep cleanings. He finished in about two hours, and the carpet looked great. i also picked up a small touch-up product for spots between full services, and derek clearly explained how to use it. It is really nice to find a carpet cleaning service that has strong results, fair pricing, and a worker who is professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. i would definitely recommend them and i will use them again.

This company scheduled an appointment for 9AM and when they didn't show I called to find out where they were and was told they had to call their technician and that they would call me back. They called me back to tell me their technician is on a bigger job (aka more important) and would not be able to come until 2-4PM. We moved our schedules around for this appointment and this company double booked themselves. DO NOT USE THEM as they do not communicate properly, value their clients or honor their scheduled appointment times. I would give negative 5 stars for this if i could.

Carpet padding and an eight-foot section of drywall were damaged by a water leak in the basement, including a standalone electric fireplace. Thankfully, Superb Fallbrook Carpet Care hasn't begun the restoration process yet, as Fallbrook has been dealing with a high volume of work due to spring flooding. You can be sure that roger and derek will take care of the problem once they can get around to it.

Not sure what kind of shell game these guys are playing but their definitely deceiving people!
I live in Fallbrook and when I did a search for a local carpet cleaning company, "Superb Fallbrook Carpet Care" was top of the list, so I called and scheduled to have my carpets cleaned. I was told they could be here that same day and given a quote of $79 for the one room. About 3 hours later a guy shows up in a beat up, unmarked, minivan, takes a look at my carpet and says he can do the steam cleaning for the quoted price but if I wanted the carpet really cleaned that it would require a "deep shampoo & conditioner" cleaning that would cost $200! After we agree on a price, he fills out an invoice for me to sign and at the top of the invoice it says "ECO Carpet Cleaning" out of Laguna Beach! When I ask about the company name and that I called "Superb Fallbrook Carpet Care", he explained that they're just an answering service and when you book an appointment with them they just relay your call to any other company that's available. Desperate to get my carpet cleaned, I allowed him to continue. Before he began he asked where he could get hot water, so I pointed him to my kitchen sink, where he proceeded to fill a bucket with hot water which he then poured into his machine. 20 min later he informed me he was finished but needed to borrow some towels to mop up some water that spilled in the adjacent room??? Half a roll of paper towels and a dish towel later, I went to inspect his work. The carpet still looked dirty in the high traffic areas. He explained this was the best he could do and that it would look better once it dries. I asked how long till it's dry? and he said 3-4 hours! Well now it's been over 5 hours, my carpet is still soaking wet and still looks dirty!
I went back to the website I originally found for "Superb Fallbrook Carpet Care" and found their address listed as "3235 Old Hwy 395, suite 113"...which is just up the street from my location in the Pala Mesa Market shopping center, so I decided to take a drive over there to see what was up and find out why the deception and complain about the service I had received! I arrived only to find there is no "suite 113" (only A thru D) and nobody there ever heard of any Fallbrook Carpet Cleaning company! Not sure why all the deception but these guys are not as advertised and I will be reporting them to the BBB. Sure hope someone from "Superb Fallbrook Carpet Care" reaches out to me to explain this was all a misunderstanding and that they will make things right! Stand-by for any updates...if none to provide, then stay away from these guys, their not who they claim to be!
