It all sounded so good, and we wanted the "it will look like brand new carpet" outcome they promised if we got their most expensive plan, but unfortunately as the carpet dried we began to see old stains reappear. This would be no problem at all if they would just come back and make it right, be responsive, etc, but unfortunately we have left multiple messages and told someone would call us back, but so far nothing but crickets. Until there is evidence to the contrary, this is a classic case of over-promise, under-deliver, and then hide from the customer. I will update my review if they ever do contact me, but so far it was just a money grab. I highly DO NOT recommend them.

i recently moved into a home with tile and grout, and i was really impressed with the service i received. the tile looked fine, but the grout was black in the kitchen and pretty dirty in four bathrooms. marvin and leonard came out and spent over 2 1/2 hours doing a thorough double cleaning with a steam wand and scrubbing by hand across nearly 680 square feet. when they finished, the grout was back to a nice tan, and the floors no longer had that unpleasant smell or stickiness. the grout looks nearly new for being 19 years old! i was truly astonished by the results. i called at 3:30 pm, and marvin and leonard were able to come out for same-day service, even in my remote location. i appreciate that they were available on such short notice. plus, i received a discount for being a uk employee, which was a nice bonus. the service was well worth the investment, and the quality is outstanding! i may not have a lot of money, but i feel i got incredible value. i will definitely reach out again when i need help with carpet cleaning!

The technician stated the carpets would look like new if I selected to do the most expensive service. I wanted "like new" carpets so selected that service. As the carpets dried, the stains reappeared. I called to explain I didn't receive the service they promised. I was told a manager would call me. Now it's been 2 1/2 months and 25+ phone calls to them and still no management has reached out. Really??? I ended up cleaning the stains myself using liquid OxyFresh. Use this, don't call these guys!!!

i used to go with another company for cleaning my rugs, but this time they weren't available, so i found Superb Fallbrook Carpet Care online and they fit me in right when i needed. i'm really glad i picked them. i'll have them clean my rugs from now on. my house has cats and a dog, and they can be rough on the carpets, plus my son and i are always working on cars and motorcycles so we track in a lot of dirt. derek did an awesome job getting all the grime out, took care of the pet odors, and left the rug looking fresh in no time. my rug looks brand new. really happy with the results

I have a couch made from a delicate and unique fabric, and Nolan took the time to listen to my concerns both over the phone and in person when he arrived. He carefully assessed the couch, explained what he could clean and what might be permanent stains due to the fabric's nature. Additionally, he introduced me to a sealant that helps spills bead up instead of soaking into the couch, which worked wonderfully after a toddler test! He stuck to his quoted price and kept me informed throughout the entire cleaning process. Overall, he was a joy to have in my home. I would definitely recommend this service!

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I was given an appointment and told the technician would be at my house between 1-4pm. At 4pm I called for an ETA, the person who answered the call seemed surprised that I had not heard from a technician yet and said she would have her manager reach out. I called 5 more times between 4pm and 6pm since neither the technician or the manager had called and each time I was told the manager would reach out. When I called at 6pm, the woman who answered the phone was named Alex, she was annoyed I continued to call and said the manager was in a meeting and there was nothing she could do other than leave him a message then she hung up on me.
I then got a call back from Dahlia who stated that the manager had called and texted me multiple times. When I let her know that I have not received any texts or voicemails she all but told me I was lying to her. When I asked to speak with her manager she said he was not available. She offered to reschedule my appointment for the following day as it was now too late to have someone come to the house. I told her tomorrow wouldn’t work as I would not be home so she schedule my appointment for Friday.
At this point their lack of customer service and disregard for having someone wait around for 5hrs when they probably knew that no one was coming after the 3hr time window had based is astounding.
Yes, I let them schedule the appointment to try again but I have my doubts about them actually showing up and if they do show up, will they even do a good job.

I almost forgot to leave a review until my friend visited and thought I got new furniture, which reminded me! My couch now looks completely refreshed, just like new. Ernest did a fantastic job cleaning both the couch and the carpet. At first, I didn’t know that carpets covered by rugs couldn’t be cleaned unless the rug was moved, so if I’d known, I would have taken the rug off before the cleaning. Ernest was great and came back later to clean that part of the carpet for free. If your place doesn’t have parking for a large van, it’s a good idea to plan ahead and make sure there’s a spot close enough for their equipment. After sorting out the little details, everything went smoothly and I will definitely call them again!

i was a bit unsure at first since i’m used to old-fashioned carpet washing and steam cleaning. but when i spoke with marvin, he explained that their dry, all-natural carpet cleaning method would actually get better results. we have two light-colored carpets and two large dogs, so there were lots of pet stains and the carpets looked pretty dull. marvin came out and took care of both carpets right in our home, and it ended up costing much less than what i was quoted by other carpet cleaning companies that use steam or traditional washing. i also liked that i didn’t have to move the carpets out of the rooms. i’ll definitely call marvin again for my next carpet cleaning!
