I scheduled a carpet cleaning for two bedrooms and was quoted $80 over the phone. I’m out of state and explained this upfront, they assured me it wasn’t a problem. The technician arrived the next day but was unaware the apartment was vacant and spent time calling and texting trying to find the unit and get inside.

Once in, he suddenly told me the price would be $250 or even $450, claiming the $80 quote was for a “basic clean.” I said that’s what I wanted and also called the store for clarification. I was told a manager would call me back, no one ever did. I followed up repeatedly for days and kept being told the manager would call me, but that never happened.

I finally texted the technician, only to be told he left without cleaning anything. At that point, it was too late for me to schedule another company, and now I’m stuck with dirty carpets and limited options. Total lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism. I would not recommend them to anyone.
