Sean has been doing my windows, cleaning my hardscape, and restoring my tile roof for probably two decades. Our tile roofs in San Diego get really gross. It looks brand new when he finishes cleaning. He uses a high pressure washer so he is much more efficient than if I use my hose to clean the hardscape The windows sparkle when he is done. He is reliable and on time. I was having doubts to have our roof cleaned in the beginning. This particular house has an older concrete tile roof that looked so worn out affected with mildew through the years. It’s always nice to find a local small business run by good people. Sean did an excellent job of cleaning my windows and pressure washing my pool deck. I have a few large picture windows and he really made them sparkle! He is a meticulous window washer. Plus he removed some stains on the pool deck that I didn’t expect to budge. I told him that I would be selling my house soon, so he washed my eaves and my side walkway even though he didn’t charge me for those things.

Sean returned my call quickly, provided a reasonable quote, and arrived exactly when he said that he would. The whole transaction was flawless. He was professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing window cleaning or pressure washing.

Sean was able to clean our 2100 sq ft concrete tile roof in one day, removing 30 years of algae and other growth. When I contacted several vendors for a quote, Sean was the fastest to respond and he provided the most detail on his services. His price was competitive with my other quotes, so we selected Sean because of his stellar reviews. It was straightforward to schedule our appointment date, but you may have to wait several weeks because Sean's services are popular. On the day of, Sean did his thing on the roof and then washed our exterior walls, windows, and surrounding area to best remove all the organic material that came off the roof. He provided before and after photos and the difference is night and day. Our house looks much nicer now without the dark algae, and I've very pleased with the outcome. Sean is very professional. He responded to my initial query very timely and we had a great conversation. I had multiple quotes but decided to go with his service even though another vendor offered a lower quote. Sean arrived on time on the service day and did a great job of cleaning my tile roof as well as making sure surrounding area around house stayed clean after cleaning was done. The result is fantastic and the original color of tiles were completely restored. I would recommend his service to anyone who wants to get their roof washed clean.

He went above and beyond! If we had known what a huge difference power washing would make, we would have done it years ago!! We thought we needed to re stain our deck but after Sean power washed it looks good as new!!!
