As a property manager, I’ve had a great experience with this carpet cleaning and restoration team. Roger is very easy to work with and always takes time to explain what the job will need before getting started, along with a clear free estimate. On two occasions, I had a major water cleanup issue, and they arrived first thing that morning in Fallbrook ready to handle everything. The crew moved quickly, cleaned up the affected areas, and had everything prepped for drying equipment in about an hour to an hour and a half. They are efficient, polite, and very professional every time. I also appreciate how knowledgeable they are about carpet care, water extraction, and restoration work, which gives me peace of mind when managing properties. It is hard to find a reliable carpet cleaning company that responds this fast and does such thorough work, but this team has consistently done an excellent job. They are my first call for carpet cleaning, water damage cleanup, and restoration services, and I would gladly give them a five-star rating.

highly recommend. Hand-knotted silk and wool rugs should be carefully hand-washed, just like fine rugs have been cleaned for generations. Big machines can damage delicate fibers and dyes, and that extra equipment cost often gets passed on to the customer. They cleaned my valuable wool rug recently, and it came back soft, fresh, and beautifully clean. zachary checked it before the rug cleaning started and saw that the edge threading was coming loose in a few small spots. he reached out first, explained the issue clearly, and repaired it before washing so it would not unravel further during the cleaning process. The whole carpet cleaning service showed real care, skill, and attention to detail. i was impressed by how gently they handled the rug, and the price was a great value too. No one provides better rug care, stain-safe cleaning, and customer service than this.

No show both days: We had them scheduled for Thursday mid-morning. Tech said his machine broke and rescheduled for Friday at noon. No one showed up or called. The woman in their office was extremely rude each time I called and said the tech would call me. I won't ever use this company.

Gary was great and informed us of old staining that he could clean but would likely not be able to be removed. Cleaner used prior bleached rather than removed the stains. Will use again and request Gary!

Do Not Use. Terrible customer service and even worse messaging service. I had an appointment scheduled from 12-2pm, 1pm comes and no call from the technician. I call to check with the messenger service and She says “I’m going to check with the contractor and get back to you”. 2pm rolls around no technician arrival and no call back from messenger service. I call again and speak with a gentleman who says he will call the technician and get back to me, 30 minutes later, no technician and no call back messenger service, I call back again at 3pm, now my third call, I request a supervisor and the gentleman hangs up on, call back at 3:30, get hung up on again. Not once was I irate or unprofessional. Called once more at 3:45 my technician is now 4 hours late and they tell me he can be there in 2 hours! Estimated arrival time 6pm for a 12pm appointment made days in advance. Best yet they offer me a 15% discount which equates to $20, if you can fathom that. A $20 discount for holding me hostage for 6 hours ! This company is a joke and borderline criminal. Im filing complaints with Yelp, BBB, Google and filing a small claims case for my time and energy. Avoid this company and operator service at all cost. Horrific experience !

roger was simply fantastic! he showed up earlier than expected and promptly got our carpets looking pristine and smelling fresh! thanks to him, i can now relish the remainder of my saturday in my fallbrook home, with freshly cleaned carpets and the knowledge of how to maintain them. the next time i use the service from mr carpet cleaning fallbrook, i'd like to request roger again!

i've used this company before for carpet cleaning and always liked their work. this time, i had an emergency right before a holiday. i accidentally spilled wine all over my carpet and my family was coming over soon. i didn't want everyone to see the big stain, so i called for help. camden and zachary arrived right away, cleaned and treated the spot, and even used special uv lights to help with the stain. by the next morning, the stain was completely gone! i am so grateful for their quick and professional service. they are the best!
