truly the best carpet cleaning service in fallbrook. i've called them before for my usual carpet cleaning, but this time i had a big emergency—my new puppy had a terrible accident all over my light-colored carpet. i called early in the morning and they managed to fit me in for an appointment by 11 a.m. that same day. marvin arrived right on time and explained any extra charges clearly, which was still way less expensive than replacing the whole carpet. they did an amazing job and got my carpet looking like new again. wish they could've taken the puppy with them too!

Great service from Abraham and very knowledgeable and quick response to my pool and spa service needs

Was referred to E & A Pro Pool Service by a neighbor over two years ago and I am so happy to have Abraham servicing our pool. Day 1 he asked for and read all of the owner manuals for our pools so he could really learn how to best service and maintain our pool. Weekly he tests and treats our water, cleans out the pool and filters every few months, and when issues arise he troubleshoots and gets us back in business so my family can enjoy the pool. I cannot recommend E & A Pro Pool Service enough and am very thankful to have such a consistent and knowledgeable pool partner. This guy was asking for most of the money upfront on a pool start up, then gets to the pool monthly maintenance and wants to be payed up front for his 1st month, this place is a joke,,, i dont no of a place that wants to be payed for work that has not been done just this place,,, what a waste of time

Needed our pool back on track asap and Abraham was able to start the same day he came out to check it out. We hired him when our pool was getting algae and he was able to get it clear blue again in a few days.

Abraham has done a great job in making our pool look great!!! He is always there to help us out. I highly recommend his services.

Abraham got the job when he wanted the work, he started overcharging for salt, supplies and chemicals that are part of normal pool service, he often forgot his appointments and had to be reminded to empty the pump baskets and cleaner baskets as he would ignore them, he is sloppy.
To top it all he charges in advance for his services, this is a very uncommon practice, normaly you get paid after the job is done not before you have done it.

I would not recommend his company.

He is very professional and polite. I called around to find someone to clean my above ground pool. I was told by a few companies that they don't do above ground pools. I found Abraham on Yelp. He responded in no time. Plus he came out to see the pool and gave me an estimate. He was up-front with me the whole time. He also helped me put my pump on the pool. I am very grateful to Abraham for helping me. Now I can use my pool whenever I want. Thank you for doing an Awesome job.

I first contacted E & A Pro Pool Service because it was time to drain and re-fill my pool. Abraham, the owner of the company, promptly came out to meet with me and we went over everything he would do. He handled all the work including draining, refilling, cleaning pool filters, and proper balancing of the new water. The pool looked fantastic. I've since hired him to do my regular pool maintenance and am very happy with his work. He is clear and upfront with his pricing and is an all-around good guy.

I love the customer service. Abraham is a nice guy, very professional! Extremely hard worker and goes out of his way to make us happy with our pool. He goes above and beyond to make us happy!! We had to drain our pool from an emergency and he came immediately to care of us👍! Also his weekly service is awesome!!!

Camden was excellent with keeping me updated and making sure I was happy. My 12x10.5 Persian rug from Pottery Barn was brought back looking fresh and clean, and both Camden and his co-worker handled everything with care. They were friendly, professional, and even stored my rug for a few extra days while I had my hardwood floors cleaned, which made things much easier for me. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning company in Fallbrook. They took great care of my rug, and the price was very reasonable for such a large piece. Other places wanted to charge much more, but here I got great value and outstanding customer service.

After reading strong online feedback, I submitted a quote request for our 40-year-old Karastan area rug with fringe, which had never had a proper deep cleaning. One corner had some damage, and parts of the fringe were starting to pull away, so I took several photos to show the condition before service. Camden followed up by email and phone and made me feel confident that the rug cleaning and repair could be handled with care. The written estimate was very fair and easy to understand. The team picked up the rug at no extra cost, completed the cleaning and repair work, then delivered it, rolled it back out, and placed the furniture back on it. The rug now looks refreshed, much cleaner, and the fringe repair turned out great.
