Very fast service, Javier showed up within a half an hour from me contacting him. He quickly and systematically diagnosed our air conditioner problem. Javier Obviously knows his business. He was very courteous and easy to talk too. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend his work! We’re happy!

2nd time using Garcias Air Conditioning. He is polite and professional. Called on a Saturday afternoon during a heatwave. He was able to show up within a couple hours and had it fixed in less than 30 mins. Outstanding service.

Garcia's Air Conditioning was great! Javier was able to show up for an emergency on a weekend to diagnose our AC. Unfortunately, we didn't have the part needed on truck but he returned as quickly as he could and fixed the issue in 30 minutes. Good communication, very professional. Would recommend! Also, family owned business is a plus.

Manny is the best! My AC went out and he was there in a a flash. He gave me options for repair or replacement. His prices were very reasonable. I went with a repair and he was able to fix it on the spot! Strongly recommended.

Yesterday, our AC started dripping water and barely cooling the living room, so I reached out to SureTemp HVAC Repair. The technician showed up right on schedule, traced the problem to a blocked drain line, and carefully cleared it while walking me through each step. Within an hour, the unit was running smoothly again, and the humidity in the house dropped noticeably. It was a relief to see the problem fixed so efficiently without any unnecessary replacements.

It's taken a year to write a review after having both plumbing and HVAC installed through NextGen. The process was very stressful but needed to be done. If I had it to do all over again would I have selected Nextgen? I would have to say, Yes. Installers, warranty service techs, seasoned plumbers, who have returned to my home with no problem to correct errors to or upgrade to the work previously done. They also offered through a partner company which was definitely needed. Bottom line, HVAC staff is and has been great. All of their service men have been polite, professional and knowledgeable.
Plumbing staff gets mixed reviews from me with some that were were polite, professional and knowledgeable. If I had to grade each division on courtesy, knowledge and professionalism, I'd give the HVAC division a solid "A" and the Plumbing division a solid "B+" Also, customer service is great!

I had a great experience with NextGen for our HVAC evaluation. Art, the technician, was kind, professional, and very thorough in both his inspection and explanation of the issues. He took the time to walk us through his findings and clearly demonstrated knowledge and expertise, especially regarding the refrigerant leak, blower, and coil concerns. I really appreciated the detailed report he provided — it gave us a much better understanding of what was actually going on with our system. Highly recommend!

Noah was amazing he was very informational. He was very fast. He’s very easy to understand graded explaining what the problems were didn’t waste no time I would most definitely recommend them to anyone probably had to be one of my best interactions with the contractor since we bought our house.

Michael was very professional made sure that everything was checked - very thorough. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone take interest in what they're doing, and took the time to explain what he was doing. I am old school and not usually impressed with the standard work ethic these days and Michael was by far the best technician I have had the pleasure to work with in a long time. AC technician James called ahead and arrived earlier than the expected time which I do appreciate. He was personable, friendly, and professional. He explained step-by-step of the process in a non-technical. He was very thorough on his investigation of my ac unit and he gave me a real-time update on the results and his recommendation. The cost of the repair was exactly what I had budgeted for job. This is my second experience with this company, and I do plan to continue use them in the future.

Just had Brandon and Jose come out to my home to diagnose a location for a leak I am experiencing. They were both very professional and yet friendly. They found a leak location in my living room ceiling that I had not even noticed before. It definitely needs to be repaired. The proposals are thorough and give me some food for thought.

I gave NexGen a call and a friendly staff member was able to help me book and appointment for the next day (which I really appreciate it).
The next day a service worker named Noah came on time to the appointment. He was friendly and professional. He explained everything how my AC unit runs and took pictures and videos to explain what he was talking about. He didn’t have a problem explaining more then once to me. Which is great. He changed my air filter which was super dirty (see picture). It was a great experience, I really did love the friendly girl (don’t remember her name) and Noah and they made this experience with NexGen super great. Nex Gen sent a technician to do a regular check up on our house. Upon inspection, he found pin holes in our heat exchanger, which we didn’t know was a problem until he told that carbon monoxide can leak into our air flow. Thank God we found out about it in time before winter started and we had to turn the heater on. Highly recommend the company, especially their regular check up program because it can be a life saver.
