This company came out through Home Depot. Long story short they opened underneath my sink to see what was wrong. Once he unscrewed the garbage disposal he told me what he thought was needed for an outrageous price and I said no thank you. He said just to show up was $88, which is fine but I asked if he could screw the piece back on and he said no and left. Thats insane. I didnt want him to work without being paid but to put the screws back on what he opened would be reasonable to expect. Don't recommend this company.

The appt coordination was a little clunky (they had to move it then re-scheduled for the wrong time) but once we got thru that the service was excellent! Fixed my problems and the cost was less than I expected. I would definitely use NexGen again.

Always a great experience during my bi-annual service checks. Experienced, courteous, and professional technicians. No gripes here.

I have been using NexGen for the past couple years and I find they come out for repairs quickly and generally have supplies to do serious maintenance in their trucks. I would not say they are the least expensive, but they are reliable and all the techs at my house are helpful and thougtful in explaing the issues and repair options.

Noah from Nexgen came to service my house next day after I called when I have been having trouble finding someone to come out to check out my AC unit.

Noah ran a thorough diagnosis of my unit and explained to me in detail what is working correctly and what is working incorrectly, making sure I understood the problem.

He also offered me fair pricing and even explained the deals/benefits going on currently with his company.

I call NexGen to repair a day before and they came right on time. Great customer service and very knowledgeable of what they are doing. Great service. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Nate DeLo was great very knowledgeable. My mom had set the thermostat way low and her A/C stopped working. Set up an appointment on line to check it out. When he showed up I explained what happened and he said he would take a look. He came back a few times to update us on what it was ,more than out thing. I asked about a soft start kit and he recommended a surge protector and said that it should take care of the lights dimming every time the A/C turned on at a much lower cost and clearly explained the charges to fix the A/C. I'm not a fan of hiring service techs for anything but this one is good, and upfront about everything. Price was very reasonable and he also cleaned unit so it works better than new!

I am so so glad to say that NexGen HVAC is a great Company with amazing workers willing to help answering all my questions and preforming such a great work. I am happy to have NexGen as our Air conditioner and Plumbing Company giving us a marvelous service.

My heater quit on me this morning and when I contacted NexGen I was very happy. The communication was great, the technician came quickly and was professional and explained each step he took. I would be sure to suggest NexGen to anyone with a HV/AC problem

Alfredo “Freddy” Palomares was pleasant and professional. He was extremely thorough and determined to find the solution to why my fan wasn’t running when called on. After several hours of troubleshooting and still not finding any issues with the unit, which is a good thing, the only thing left it could possibly be is the thermostat and what do you know, that was it. Thank you Freddy for bringing fresh air back into my home.

February 8th, Travis came out to do an install of two sinks in our master bedroom. He was helpful, hardworking, professional, detailed and careful with his work. We recently had a leak, he came out and fixed it quickly. We are grateful for the quick service and turn around!

Bill was a nice guy and he explained to me how he intends to fix the broken screw and how much it is going to costs me and why. So, we are not sure if we can get it fixed because my budget is about 200 dollars. So I need to talk to my
Sister later to ask about her opinion too.

Had a great experience with Marc and Anthony, very knowledgeable, did a good safety inspection of my HVAC unit which is toast. Gave me great options on replacing it and upgrading the overall efficiency of the house. I definitely recommend them.
