Hi was very professional , kind and gave me good advice regarding our AC problem.
He fixed the problem immediately and his work was neat and did a great job.

I had a great experience working with Maksbuilder. He was prompt, quick turnaround, professional input and everything was done smoothly!

Had an AC issue reported by my tenant. The technician was professional and honest about the situation, offering a monitoring solution after the first visit. While the problem wasn't fixed initially, he followed through by scheduling a second appointment and brought additional expertise to ensure the job was completed properly. Appreciated his commitment to getting it right. Would consider using again for future HVAC needs.

Came on time, fixed my ac/heating unit that was not working. He told me that I did not need to change out a pipe - which another contractor has quoted me a a replacement at a ludicrous amount. As it was not a big job he did not want to charge me at all, but insisted and sent him a tip through Zelle. I would highly recommend. It’s rare to meet such honest contractors like this!

Maksbuilder HVAC Contractor, did a fantastic job changing out our heat pump system. Maksm and the entire team are highly skilled, very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. We will certainly look forward working with them again on our next HVAC project. I highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs.

Our AC controller suddenly stopped displaying anything, and we were worried since it was right around the holidays. Maksbuilder came out on New Year’s Eve to help us, which we truly appreciated. They were very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue. The repair was done efficiently, and the price was very reasonable. He fixed both the heating and cooling functions of our system. Great service, professional, and reliable — highly recommend!
