We've been loyal White Mechanical customers for nearly twenty years. Very responsive knowlegable team. They have always kept our AC and heating units running in top condition and provided regular checkups to get ready for the change of seasons. For our new house, Theo did a great job upgrading our existing unit to give our AC extra life and help it run even better.
9/24 Update: After big summer energy bill, we are upgrading to a 35%more efficient AC/heater unit.

The customer service Amata provided during scheduling was friendly and efficient. She even contacted me to see if I wanted to move my service appointment up since they had an opening pop up. The technician Theo called before he arrived letting me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was able to diagnose and address the issue quickly with a friendly and professional attitude even after having to climb around in the attic during 95 degree weather. Theo was also very organized and worked cleanly as he went. He even took all the garbage away. It was a great experience all around. I recommend them.

Jason did a good job—efficient and clear explanation. However, the technician scheduled for my appointment yesterday did not show and did not contact me to tell that he would not come. I had to call White Mechanical and reschedule for this morning. I had hurried to be home in time for the appointment yesterday and was most disappointed by the no-show. Jason arrived on time this morning.

Great experience having White Mechanical install a new HVAC system in my home. They came to inspect and evaluate my living space, explain options, answer all my questions, and give a best recommendation. I was given several written cost options. On installation day, they were on time, very professional, finished as promised, and left my place clean. I would highly recommend White Mechanical!

I am so happy we purchased an A/C system from White Mechanical. We have had comfort both summer and winter with our system. They did a great installation with a professional team. Their goal throughout was customer satisfaction and they succeeded!

They have provided servicing annually for my HVAC system and recommended I install a surge protection device for my system. It was a quick and clean installation and provides me with peace of mind and protection against an unforseen expense. Thanks again and high praises to JP and Aaron for watching out for your customers and their needs.

From my first call speaking with Anna it was an absolute pleasure. She moved mountains to get the air fixed quickly. Russ was our technician and I can't speak highly enough, he was so beyond helpful and was able to fix it so that my dinner guests would be comfortable. From beginning to fixed it was an A+ experience, 10 out of 10 recommend !

Our experience with White Mechanical was FANTASTIC! We met with Brett who was the estimator and he gave us a very thorough estimate. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to lay out every detail to make sure we had a perfect finished product. He took multiple photos and took very detailed notes to make sure the installation was as smooth as possible. This really put my wife and me at ease as we knew we were in good hands. Scheduling was a breeze, White Mechanical's office staff was very helpful and prompt in their response, they kept to the dates they had scheduled and finished within the expected timeline. Our installers were Ricardo who was the lead on the job and Fong and Jason were his helpers. They were extremely professional and answered any questions my wife or I had. They kept our house very neat as they worked and made sure to leave our house feeling like home and not a construction site. All in all it was an exceptional experience and I cant wait to refer my friends and family.

I had an excellent experience with Jason. He diagnosed the problem with our air conditioning drainage quickly, thoroughly explained the problem and then how he could remedy it. He was efficient, friendly, polite and professional. He provided outstanding customer service. .

Terrence the technician was outstanding with his thoroughness and thoughtfulness throughout the entire service process. He explained everything and provided pictures and commentary on the work that was performed.

Joshua was able to quickly identify the problem with our AC not working and repaired it efficiently. He is very experienced with all facets of HVAC repair.

My technician Simon showed up on time and were able to diagnose the issue with my heater, which I had been told by other companies previously that needed a whole unit for 10k!! Simon was able to get heating back for a fraction of the cost!

Each stage of our HVAC replacement went exactly as planned and no surprises, no budget variations or glitches. Each person from start to finish involved was professional and expert at their role. We highly recommend White Mechanical.

I had an issue with my thermostat and zoning control panel that was preventing my unit from turning on. Had another company come out to check it out, but the couldn't figure out what the problem was. Called White Mechanical and they sent out JP. It took him about 30 mins to figure out my outside unit had a bad sensor. Had to wait a couple weeks because the part was on backorder, but once it was in, JP came back out and had my system back up and running in no time.

Jp was awesome! He came out to our house to check on our Ac. Told us exactly what we needed and fixed the problem. He even came back out just to do a quick check and make sure our Ac was running smoothly. Highly recommend this company!! Ask for JP!

My technician, JP, was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable about doing a potential HVAC relocation. He knew what needed to be done with the complex project and was patient explaining all of the details. Highly recommend White Mechanical! That guy could teach a masterclass!

Is it OK to write a review for how great the technicians are? JP was incredibly responsive to me when our furnace wasn't working. He kept in close contact during the weekend to help get something scheduled to come out and check out what was going on with our furnace. He took the time to explain all the ins and outs with the furnace and was incredibly personable with me. Thanks a lot JP!

Just wanted to give a thumbs up to White Mechanical for their prompt and awesome customer service on a Friday 1/16 at 4pm. Had some scheduling conflicts that came up last minute, and their residential manager Aaron was able to shift a few techs around and still make my appointment happen. He then was able to send out "JP" (Josh Pardee), a seasoned and highly experienced technician that was able to complete my request/s, and offer options of repair at no further cost. I highly recommend the WM team for your AC/Heating and maintenance needs.

White Mechanical (Brent) came out for an estimate to replace my HVAC and we came to the conclusion to maintain my current system (replace in 8-10 years). I appreciated not being sold a system that I did not yet need.

I added a service plan and my technician, Simon, came out to service my furnace and a/c. He was very clear to point out the issues he found and show me the evidence so I could understand his concerns. We got parts ordered and installed quickly. Simon is really friendly and helpful. We had several nice conversations and I felt comfortable with him as a person and as a competent technician.

I plan to use White Mechanical in the future, and hope to have Simon out for the next maintenance and repairs.
