They did an excellent job replacing my old AC unit with a new one. Went through various options and helped me find the best to meet my budget. On the day of appointment, they came in early and finished the work in time. I am happy with the workmanship and professionalism.

My old system finally called it quits and the folks at White Mechanical found me a reasonable replacement option. Within a couple of weeks they had the new system installed and working great. Theo and team took care to not bump and bang things in and around the house getting the new unit into the attic. Very friendly and went out of their way to answer any questions and explain things. Very happy to have used these guys.

White Mechanical put in a brand new HVAC system for us about 2 years ago and did an excellent job. They even redid the vent system in the attic and added two air intake openings that were needed. They did it on time, within budget, and everyone I dealt with was very professional. When the building inspector came to sign off on the project he shared that White Mechanical was one of the top three in OC - which aligned with my experience. Ever since they have been great in servicing the system; during this recent heat wave they went the extra mile. The downstairs system went out unexpectedly and Theo, who is often the technician who works on our home - and is great - came out and was unable to trouble shoot it as there was an unusual error code. Anna, their very helpful scheduler, got Theo back two days later on a Saturday morning at 8am sharp. He finished the job after doing more research and talking to tech support. It was a loose wire, perhaps even a manufacturing defect, but he got it working again to our relief. White Mechanical is great. They are very professional and stand behind their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I don't normally post reviews, but I have to give credit to companies that exceed my expectations. Brent was extremely detailed and informative. He had a thorough inspection and took his time answering all my questions, which I normally have a lot of. Haha. Great service!

Excellent company. The experience with Brent as the sales person and Gary as the technician was very professional. They answered all my questions and were very patient to listen to any requests that I had. This company is aligned with Costco so I felt very comfortable with any issues that may come up later in dealing with any warranty concerns.

White Mechanical is an excellent company. Both the office staff and technicians are polite, efficient, and helpful. We first bought our system from White Mechanical and subsequently received yearly tuneups for about 15 years. Could not be happier with their service. They are professionals in every sense of the word.

White Mechanical comes through…again! My mom needed a new furnace and got a quote from one of the big box home improvement-approved vendors. What a mistake! Shady methods, rushed process, incomplete paperwork - all the signs of an unreliable replacement project. I’ve used White Mechanical before and suggested we get an estimate from them to do the job. What a refreshing change! Straightforward assessment of situation, clear explanation of options, diligent follow up, easy scheduling, clean installation and best of all, thousands of dollars cheaper! Had a great experience with White Mechanical from start to finish. Went through Costco and were relieved to get a much better price compared to another large HVAC repair company. Our rep Gary who worked with us did a great job educating us about the heater and the installation process, and kindly answered the questions I called him about. And the installers did a great job too. Amata the coordinator kept us informed about all the permitting processes that needed to take place. Will definitely go with White Mechanical again when we need to replace our other systems!

In the midst of our recent heat wave, received a call from one of my tenants at our apartment building that their A/C had stopped working. It was Saturday AM and I was concerned that there wouldn't be a tech available over the weekend. To my pleasant surprise, White Mechanical was able to respond Saturday afternoon. The Tech, Jason, quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed blower capacitor, replaced it, and soon the AC was restored for my tenant! My tenant was thrilled, and as a concerned landlord, I was too!

Brent was fantastic during walk through before estimating process. He explained what was needed, gave us numerous options, etc. Very thorough.

Gary and Fong truly were the A team. They did a good job installing everything, and were very clean during the process. Gary took extra time to go over everything and make sure I understood how to properly operate the system.
