I used Construction and More for my home renovation project. I am so greatly pleased with the results! The workers of this company did their utmost to take care of me and my home and were thoroughly attentive to my needs and expectations.

Raul, Adrian, and Tony were the onsite crew and are consummate artists and craftsmen. They possess a variety of skills and were accomplished professionals in every respect of the word. I am in awe of their abilities. They are attentive workers and were very responsive to me and my requests. I cannot say enough about their workmanship. Every room that they touched was transformed.

The crew was meticulous about cleanliness. The last thing they did every day was clean the work areas and all work pathways, inside and outside the house.

I worked closely with Alex, the company’s designer. Alex did an amazing job and was a complete delight to work with. She was responsive, attentive to my project, and has fine artistic sensibilities.

Avi, my project manager and who was my original contact with the company, was quick to respond to my requests for change orders and efficiently tracked all the details that accompanied those changes. He clearly communicated those change orders to my onsite team of workers.

Joseph, Avi’s business partner, did a fine job in facilitating communications and in replying to my questions and requests.

Construction and More was our choice of contractors after getting quotes from about 5 or 6. We were very impressed with their organization and professionalism. They were excellent communicators throughout the process and the guys that did the work were good at what they do and also kind and considerate. We got to work with their designed, which was so helpful in making choices and getting an end result we love. They were so great to work with; I will definitely hire them again for future projects. We are glad we went with Construction & More for a full master bath remodel. They were very easy to work with, everything went as planned and we were very happy with the results.

Joseph & Avi were our project managers. They set up a group chat with everyone to coordinate and they communicated very well. Inspections were scheduled very quickly and they forwarded us the results & paperwork as soon as they received it.

Alex, the designer, was helpful in helping putting together our design and vendor recommendations. She quickly responded to feedback & updates to our design and she even worked through her vacation on our project. When one of the vendors got our order incorrectly, the Construction & More team worked with them to quickly rectify the issue.

During construction, the foreman, Tony was very well organized and good to work with. His team was friendly, careful, and they kept the place as clean as they could. They follow up with us throughout construction to ensure that every detail of the construction was built to what we wanted.

We would go with Construction & More again for future projects.

We were looking to remodel our bathrooms and ended up remodeling the whole house, which included bathrooms, flooring, kitchen and fireplace. We got in touch with Avi and Joseph through a friend and we re very happy with the final outcome of the project. We re glad we chose construction and more. Avi and Joseph are very professional and the communication is quite easy and they are very responsive. Their pricing was reasonable, upfront and no added costs, infact they did some additional work like assembly and installation of new cabinets we had purchased, without charging us. The way they split the payment schedule was very convenient. Whenever we had concerns they were addressed in a timely manner. We are very impressed with the construction crew. For instance, one of the guys, Eddy's tile installation was super impressive with minimal cuts and suggesting/choosing good design/layout. Victor, who is also a lead/manager also did a lot of work. He suggested installing wooden slats above the fireplace and to avoid tiles due to difference in thickness which was quite helpful. He was very friendly to work with. Marlon did a fabulous job with flooring. His attention to detail was great. Everybody in the construction team were very nice. One thing I want to call out is the construction crew's sincerity, they were there at the doorstep at 7.30-8am everyday. I really appreciate Avi and Joseph's sincerity, because they suggested to retain our existing solid wood cabinets in kitchen, they could have replaced the cabinets and charged us more but they dint. Also they suggested installing decorative panels behind the island which we dint even think about. Small touches like those, elevate the beauty of the home and shows their dedication to keep us happy. They were also very helpful in suggesting stores for purchasing materials for the remodel. Overall we are very happy with our whole home remodel project with construction and more, Avi and Joseph and their team did a fabulous job. I will definitely recommend them for your next project.

My project involved a whole house demolished with a Two Floor ADU addition. My Lot Size is pretty small and an irregular Shape corner lot with complicated Set back restrictions, Santhosh had diligently follow-up my queries quickly and effectively. Santosh sincerely care about the customers and explained every small details in full. I'm satisfied with his service received. Santosh has always met my expectations and has resolved promptly, efficiently and successfully. We had a wonderful experience dealing with Santosh from Expand ADU. We him at the tiny homes for exhibition when we were considering adding an ADU to our yard. Santosh was very knowledgeable about the rules and various ADU options and offered to help us figure out whether that was the right option for us. After carefully listening to us about our needs and taking some measurements he actually helped us realize that we weee better off to remodel our home. While he no longer handles remodeling he offered to connect me with architects and contractors that could help us. He then told me that I could call him anytime I had questions or doubts. He is a genuinely helpful person and I would recommend him and Expand ADU for any of your needs.

ExpandADU team helped us with our modular ADU in Hayward, CA on our rental property. They were quick to come and study the site once we told them our requirements. The entire process was fairly simple and we got the ADU home done within 8 months.

They showed us multiple floor plans and made some valuable suggestions that could lower our permit fee, cost of the project with some great options. The permit approval took a little while but once it was approved the installation process was pretty fast.

The prefab ADU came with practically everything including full kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink, stainless steel appliances, laundry hook ups, full bathrooms with even mirrors, vanities, faucets etc. Once the home arrived on wheels to the site, they installed the foundation, did flooring, finishing work and connected utilities in a matter of 3 months before we got our final approval.

We were looking to add an ADU in our backyard here in east bay and didn't know where to start, we searched up on google and found a few companies that explained us the concept of prefab ADU, many of these companies had a entry commitment fee before they even gave us a rough estimate of how much it would cost.

We got a flier of Expand ADU Inc at one of the weekend events and called them, the call was went well and we received almost all the important information we needed right there on the call, Swathi got our address and within 24 hours sent us the feasibility report that had the placement of the ADU on our site, option of floor plans, the maximum area of the ADU we could do on our site etc.

The price quote we received was pretty competitive compared to the other companies and the entire process of the ADU installation was done smoothly, they kept us updated on the progress in regular intervals through emails.

The best thing we personally liked about these guys is that they always kept our interest as priority and guided us in every step to maximize the rental income.

We recently completed building an ADU in our backyard, and the experience with Expand ADU (Santosh and Swathi) was excellent from start to finish. They provided complete end-to-end service — from obtaining city permits, ADU prefab design/build, ground preparation all the way to final installation.
