Recently I needed to replace my old roofing in my rental property. One of my friends recommended Roofing & Gutters Nation company to me. I called the owner Mr. Luis Mancera to give me a quote. Next day he came over to give me a very reasonable quote compared to other companies. Especially, his teams are very polite and friendly as well, very respected my tenants and me. And also this company makes its own gutters through their big truck with the machine inside. The gutter materials are very good. They did a very good job for my roofing replacement. Highly recommended

I had Luis's company install gutters and downspouts for our whole house and was very pleased with the entire experience. Luis came to look over the job site, give me an estimate, and give me a timeline. He was very competitive on pricing and finished the job before the end of the timeline given. I had Alex Cordrey Construction do an electrical project for me. The work was done efficiently and high with attention to detail. The wiring work and required dry walling was done with high quality and their clean up left no mess behind. I plan to use them for future projects.

Even though I ultimately didn’t do the project. Alex was great to work with. First he responded quickly to my call. We made an appointment for him to come over and look at my plans and the job. He listened, that’s actually a big one as some contractors seem not to. We discussed back-and-forth what I had planned and he made sure we had a full understanding of what each of us expected and was responsible for before he went off to do a detailed estimate. Once I got the estimate I wanted to add a minor item and clarify some wording. He got the revisions back to me quickly. In the end I’ve decided to go in a different direction with the job but really appreciated Alex‘s attitude and competence

Alex and his crew have done two medium-sized remodel projects for us. Alex and his team are a pleasure to work with. They followed COVID protocol completely, consistently cleaned up their work area, worked incredibly hard to be unobtrusive while we worked from home during the most recent project, and followed up on anything that needed further attention. We would highly recommend Alex and will be using him for future remodel jobs.

Alex and his team did an amazing and beautiful job installing sound-proofing doors to help convert one of the downstairs rooms into an office. He was able to come by, evaluate, and provide really insightful options with his expertise, especially with regards to sound-proofing.

His team also put in some recessed lighting for us in the dining room and living rooms. This involved moving some furniture around, cutting into the ceiling, and installing light switches. They were so great about protecting the furniture and moving it out of the way and then back at end of the day as if they hadn’t been there!

They were extremely professional and timely throughout the whole process. Thank you so much, and we would 100% reach out to them again when another home project arises! Thanks, Alex & Spencer!

I used Alex for a remodel/home extension project. He is a great contractor. He provided a clear breakdown and schedule of the project scope and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. We had the normal delays with the city, and some engineering issues on the original plans that required some trouble shooting.. But Alex was able to research and figure out acceptable alternatives to keep the project moving. He is very detail oriented. And he does not take on more projects than his team can handle. I have had prior experience with a contractor putting my project on hold in favor of another project they did not want to miss out and had to wait several months for them to complete so they could circle back to my project. I think several people unfortunately experience this issue.. But Alex does not accept projects unless he and his team have the bandwidth to complete them. Once he signs on he is dedicated to your project until the work is done. He is also an exceptional project manager. Everything stayed on budget and did not exceed the original quote provided. In some areas we actually came in under budget and I was able to shift those funds into add ons. He also has great partnerships with electricians, plumbers, roofers, tile workers, etc.. And managed those teams as well throughout the process. I'm very happy with the work that was completed and hope to use Alex again some day.

We are very grateful to have done our kitchen remodel with Alex and his team over this past summer. He is awesome at his craft and just a really good honest person. The work on our kitchen is beautiful and we very much appreciated everything Alex did for us and beyond. His right-hand partner Spencer and the designer we worked with Anna were an awesome team and made the whole process incredibly smooth for us from start to finish. Alex has really great communication and always kept us up to date on everything. Even the little things, like Spencer stopping by to pick up tools! For such a big project, everything honestly went so smoothly. Spencer is awesome and truly such a kind warm person. We are very grateful for all of the work (and extra details!) that he did for us. We were very impressed with Alex's accurate timeline and keeping us right on budget too! If you are researching contractors, you can be done researching and just call Alex!!

We have used Alex for a kitchen remodel in our townhome and then a full remodel on my childhood home and we brag about him to everyone even years later. Recently he did work in our guest bath (we wanted darker grout and a handheld shower head) and we trust him and his partner Spencer so much we left them a key to do the work while the hubby and I were at work.
Spencer is his right hand guy and one of the hardest working and sweetest guys out there. If you hesitate to use Alex please don’t! I promise you won’t regret your decision!

I would not trust what they say based on my experience. Jeffrey Draeger promised to give detailed quote and at competitive prices. So I decided it was a worthy investment of time to meet. Long story short, the quote took forever to get after meeting Jeffrey is "busy". I had to keep prompting him to do it. When I did get it, it was very vague. It also was not very competitive price wise in certain areas in my opinion. Jeffrey keeps complaining he is too busy to answer questions, etc. about the quote. Thats fine then don't waste peoples time when they explain exactly what they are looking for and encourage them for an hour to meet them. He was associated with Draeger construction, which if you read the reviews you will want to stay away. He told me it was his dads company and they still owe people money. Where there is smoke, there is fire! My recommendation be very careful with him and best to stay away.

We moved to a new office and hired PCB to wall-mount new TVs and to bring a roughly 10-foot cabinet section, including the granite top from the old office to the new one. The work was good-quality and clean. The cabinet specifically was moved intact, impressive considering the large granite top. Would recommend and/or use them again!

Pro-Craft are a top notch firm! An excellent company all around, can't recommend them highly enough. We had a rotted door frame that left our front door unusable, and reached out to ProCraft for help and we could not be more pleased! Mike Yin was our excellent 'intake' contact and handled the estimate with fantastic professionalism and transparency - and that ethic is clearly threaded throughout the company. Once work began, the repair staff were efficient, professional and thorough throughout the process. Very polite, and went the extra mile to restore all involved areas to better than new condition. Had a pinhole leak in the wall behind my fridge that caused a huge mess. Reactic was out here in the Bay Area fast and dried everything out before the slab got soaked.

This team is super organized! They explained me every detail of what needs to be done with the water damage I had, they were very patient and professional. Highly recommend!!!
