Some words describing Construction & More’s work with us on a complete remodel of our master bathroom: professional, knowledgeable, dependable, efficient, meticulous, courteous and friendly. I have hired many contractors over the years and our work with Avi, Joseph, Alex and the construction team was by far the best regarding interactions, quality of work, attention to detail, speed to completion and follow-up. For example, we needed to leave the country for two weeks in the middle of the job and they regularly communicated with us via video throughout the progression of the remodel. The end result is an impressive master bathroom that exceeded our expectations. My final grade for working with Construction and More is an A+!

We hired Construction & More to renovate our kitchen and bathroom, flooring, and interior paint. Joseph and Avi were our project managers.
This was a bigger than average job on an older home, some miscommunication, so there were definitely a handful of hiccups along the way, which led to the 2 month timeline being extended by 2 weeks. All of our friends and family were surprised it was still done so quickly. I appreciated Joseph and Avi being quick to respond to each hiccup and resolving things as soon as possible. They are very quick and reliable to reach through Whatsapp and phone.

The workers were all amiable and got things done. They helped haul things away, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were open to my requests when I wanted details a certain way. That being said, if you want your renovation exactly -- you will have to carve out time to manage the construction in the day-to-day.

After the construction, I wanted to give myself time to move back in and live in the home before posting a review. For the most part, the construction is good. There were a few things that we had to call the workers back to fix or patch, but Joseph and Avi were quick to respond and send someone. They never made us feel bad for wanting our renovation to be perfect.

We wanted to remodel our home and make an addition to the house. We had interviewed quite a few contractors at the time and found Joesph and Avi at Construction & more. These guys are very responsive and detailed when giving you a quote and cover every details that gives you an idea of how much work is really involved.

We started with our remodel project of the existing home that included updating bathrooms, flooring and paint for the entire house. And then landed up updating our kitchen. They helped us every step of the way! Through the entire process, Joesph and Avi have always been on top of the project(s), keeping us in the loop at all times. They are easy to reach out to if you have any questions or concerns and make it a point to get back to you quickly. They are open to feedback and go out of their way to make their customers happy.

Now we are venturing in to the second half of our project which is the addition and looking forward to what they do. In short, they are a complete package with their in house team of architect, design, contractors and access to vendors making exchanging ideas, discuss, align and make changes very fast.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Construction & More on a major home renovation project, that me and my partner have been putting off/saving up for years and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've been at my home for quite some time, and it was built in Fremont in 1960s so it was long overdue for a serious remodel. Honestly, remodeling is scary and finding the right folks to do such a huge task can be daunting. We needed a lot including a 450 sq. ft. addition, a complete kitchen renovation, and remodels of our master bathroom and guest bathroom for when my partners parents come to visit from out of town. In walks Construction & More, who not only were kind to our inquiry but also local to Fremont which is a huge deal for ease of access.
From start to finish the project managers Avi and Joseph, were exceptional. They were always available to answer our questions and provided valuable insights that helped shape our vision into a reality, they didn't feel too pushy and were all about collaborating with us, not just taking the tasks on their own and running with it, they were open to our ideas, which made it special. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of the project and it was clear to me, these guys know their stuff!

From there on out, the team was incredibly professional, ensuring that each phase of the remodel was completed on time and within our budget. There was a lot of transparency and communication and we never felt like a bother. They coordinated the work seamlessly, minimizing disruptions to our daily lives as I work a lot from home, construction can be messy, but they maintained a clean and organized work environment, so that way some aspect of the process still felt like our home. The craftsmanship was top-notch, I don't know much about remodeling outside of what I read on the internet or see on tv, but I could tell they used the highest quality materials throughout the process.
The new 450 sq. ft. addition has completely transformed our living space, adding both functionality and aesthetic appeal, I even had room to add a couple of items my partner didn't initially think would fit, but here we are. I bake a lot, and now the kitchen feels more like my kingdom than anything else. The amount of space I have for my obsessive baking habit is not only beyond my beliefs, but also extremely beautiful and modern space. The master and guest bathrooms have been turned into luxurious spaces not only for myself and my partner, but for visiting family members and friends. My parents are ecstatic to stay there now, and I feel more comfortable having them stay with us, versus suggesting they stay in a hotel.

What stood out most was the dedication Avi and Joseph showed to making sure every detail was perfect. They took our ideas and enhanced them (again us only knowing little), ensuring that the result exceeded our expectations.
We now have the home of our dreams, and we owe it all to this team.

I hired this company to do my kitchen remodel which went on forever. My kitchen was designs as I ask, but the completion of the work has been a little bit to be desired. They finished my remodel after 13 weeks and of course the issues started. My countertop has a gap between the stove/range, and has all kinds of chips on it, and my dishwasher leaks. Whatever was touch during the movement of my sink took us from steaming hot water to lukewarm water. When I contacted the company's owner, he told me to call a plumber. My husband and I have called, and texted the owner Jonathan and he comes with one lie after another, or he will get one of his subcontractors to come out and it's 7 weeks and still no one has come out to my house. I will be reporting this company through the Nevada States Contractors board. If you hire be prepared for the lies!

After interviewing several potential construction firms, we chose Construction & More for our primary bathroom remodel project. We initially reached out to the team around May 2023, once all materials were all acquired the project took ~6 weeks start to finish and wrapped up in October 2023.

We have done several remodel projects over the years, and Construction & More is by far the best team we have worked with. They care about their craft, are very responsive and communicative, and take care of all the permits and inspections. No project is ever perfect, and what we appreciated about the team is their openness to listen, make adjustments and address our questions and concerns. We would definitely work with this team again.

In any home renovation or construction job, the project manager is the single most important factor in determining the success or failure of the project. From day one, Andres communication was clear and consistent. He brought structure, professionalism, and a much-needed sense of urgency to the work. Thanks to his coordination and attention to detail, things finally began to move in the right direction. With Andres and Avi's support, we were able to push through the delays and complications and ultimately deliver a successful outcome.

I found Construction & More through Yelp and I am sooo happy with the outcome of my renovation project. They responded quickly to my RFQ and provided a very reasonable estimate. Because of it, I ended up hiring Avi & Joseph from Construction & More to do a multi-part project for me (instead of just one small one):

1. Add a 450 sqft addition with a new kitchen (attached to the house)
2. Cancel the old kitchen and convert into a new bedroom with a full bath
3. ⁠Installed new flooring
4. Interior paint throughout entire house.

I was totally clueless about what to do but Construction & More team were incredibly professional, taking me through the process from start to finish. This was truly a one-stop-shop experience since they had all the people power needed to complete this project. Their company is staffed with an in-house architect, engineer and Alex the designer so I didn't need to spend any time having to vet any of these services on my own. Avi and Joseph took care of all the plans , suggested layouts options and dealt all the beaurocratic stuff with the city including taking care of the permits and making sure everything was perfect for the inspector. There were minor hiccups however everything went smoothly. From start to finish, the entire process only took 5 months and there were no surprises. I was very nervous about this project but they really helped put me at ease and kept up the communication throughout the project. There were no hidden costs and the overall cost of the project was super reasonable given the excellent work they did! I highly recommend hiring Construction & More for your next renovation project!

We decided to go with Construction and More for a full kitchen, two bathrooms remodel, and master bath vanity upgrade, and what a smart choice we made! The whole team were exemplary and exceptional from start to finish, and we are super pleased with the final result.

- Avi and Joseph as project managers are extremely responsive and supportive to our needs. They are very easy to reach with the Whatsapp Group Chat and are always available to respond through chat and calls. Any issues come up, we just text Avi/Joseph and they will take care of it. They communicate to us regularly the schedule for the week so we know what to expect and can plan our schedule accordingly, which we really appreciate. Their timeline of the project is on point as we are able to complete and finish everything on schedule, with every details as we wanted.

- Alex and Mary were very helpful in the design process, taking us through the choices for the bathroom tiles/fixtures/kitchen countertops, as well as working with us diligently and patiently through the elevation planning.

- David and his crew were amazing. From demolition until the end, the crew showed professionalism and expertise on all aspects of the remodeling. They worked tirelessly throughout, sometimes in 100deg weather and also some weekends while keeping high spirits. The crew is very attentive and will ask for confirmation prior to completing items. They do not hesitate to point out concerns/discrepancies on the plan and it actually allowed us to catch issue early on to correct.

Our remodeling actually increased in scope by additional flooring work throughout kitchen, dining area and walkway, as well as relocating an HVAC vent pipe to another wall in the bathroom. Even with this added scope, the project stays within the original estimated time (8 weeks total).

Overall, superb service from Construction & More team and highly recommended!

We wanted to get a better layout for our kitchen and convert the tub to a shower. Alex did the whole design process and helped us a lot with shopping materials for our project and created precise measurements for the project file .

After living in our home for 30+ years, we were forced to renovate our only bathroom due to a leak under the bathtub. Out of 4 quotes, we contracted with Construction & More because Avi and Joseph said exactly what the other contractors said needed to be done but their quote was the most reasonable and affordable. I also liked the fact that they are local, literally 10 minutes walking distance from my home. As project managers, Avi and Joseph were straightforward and communicated the step-by-step process, provided timely updates, and were very responsive to our questions and requests. Nicole was our designer who walked us through the remodel design and made selecting the tile, paint, and hardware seem seamless and stress-free. Isidro, the foreman was highly skilled in his trade. He and his crew consistently arrived every morning at 8:00 am and updated us daily on the status of the project. They completed the project within the promised timeline of 4 weeks. The Construction & More team was very professional, and highly skilled, and did not fall short in providing the quality of work we expected. I highly recommend them for remodeling/renovations and definitely will work with them again on our next renovation project.

We did extension of house. Joseph, Avi and team were really helpful from starting to end. They have been very transparent all through. They accommodated all our requests. They completed the project at a great pace with out any delay whatsoever. Final outcome is exactly what we envisioned. It was a great experience.

Just finished our full kitchen remodel with Construction & More and we are very happy with the results. After unsatisfactory interviews with a couple contractors and Home Depot, it was a pleasure to have a positive initial meeting with Avi at their office. Having an office in Fremont was also big plus to me, because traffic is such an issue these days.

The paperwork was all very clear and easy to understand. Alex was very patient as we made numerous changes to the design to squeeze as much as we could into our fairly small kitchen. Once the design was settled, things started moving very quickly and there was significant progress each day. Their team helped to set up a temporary kitchen in the adjacent room, which made things much more livable for us during the project. Communication through a WhatsApp group worked very well – Avi and the team were always quick to respond to any questions or requests. We had some additional work in the garage, and we added a few items during the project. The price for these additions were quite reasonable. Avi managed the permits with the City very well and there we no issues. We are very pleased with speed their quality of work/attention to detail and we’re very happy with our new kitchen.

Overall, a professional team to work with, great communication, reasonable prices, and they truly spend the time to be sure you are pleased with the result. We will be talking to them when we remodel our bathroom.

Construction & More helped my uncle with his single-story home, which included updating his primary master suite bathroom, guest bathroom, and half bath.

They also remodeled the kitchen and replaced all the old, carpets with clean, modern flooring. Everything feels so much brighter, more open, and more updated. The bathrooms turned out so nice with the small, simple changes. The old tiles were super outdated. Now the space feels fresh with the new tile work and matte black hardware that gives it a really clean, modern look. The kitchen got such an upgrade since the old cabinets were flimsy, now it has sturdy cabinetry that looks amazing with the existing backsplash.

we had around 3 inspections and by the end we pass the final .

We just finished a large extension project of our home with Construction & More. We had the good fortune to work with a very well co-ordinated and thoughtful team that was extremely responsive as well. Joseph and Avi keep us up-to-date on everything, explaining all the steps and answering any of our questions promptly. From the day we met with them to share our vision, to the design discussion with architect to getting permits to starting right after permits -- it was a smooth, friction-less process. The construction crew was also very professional and friendly and made every attempt to minimize disruption as we continued to live in the house while construction was ongoing.

We had a master bedroom and bathroom and family room added and another bedroom extended, so this was definitely a very extensive work. What really impressed us on top of the agility was how accommodating the whole team was. From building a very specific arch we wanted to installing hanging lights to special closet doors to the landing for our entrances, they helped with all of these. We also had our whole house painted and that was done flawlessly. We are very happy and grateful for the work done!
