We hired Riz from Zemm Construction to replace bathroom vanity. They are very honest, efficient, knowledgeable and highly skillful. They also gave fair price. The vanity we ordered turns out not completely fit to the old place. They quickly figured out the way to solve the problems. They are very good in communications and clearly explain every steps of the work. After the work is done, they checked everything carefully and fund a bad water leaking. So they work in late hours to fix that! I would highly recommend for you the next project.

Riz is an overachieving contractor, he went above and beyond on the job that was to be done. His team members have a good working relationship with him and respect him for his commitment to the job. My whole house' re-piping needed to be done from quest to copper but he even included getting hand showers installed by his plumber. The look of the final work done is professional too. No job is too small or too big for them plus they give a long term guarantee on the job done. I would be considering them for future jobs too. Thank you

Freestone Construction really stepped up when our previous contractor went out of business during the first phase of a massive fire build back project. Keven Hempel went out of his way to make sure the plans that were originally drawn up by the first project manager were correct (they weren't) and with the help of his team they were able to get the project moving quickly enough to make up for the other company's delays. They have worked with the owners affected, the HOA insurance adjuster, the Board of Directors, and myself to correct the previously flawed scope of work. The weekly updates with photos, current schedules, and tasks completed are fantastic and I am getting wonderful feedback from a community that was previously furious at the timing of the project. I highly recommend hiring Freestone for any large projects that you want completed the right way. Their project management skills are incredible and the work being completed is of the highest quality. I couldn't be more pleased and will be using them again.

I truly enjoy working with Freestone. Communication is key in property management and they fulfill every communication that I or my properties need. They help me ensure the community is always up to date with any projects that may be going on. They ensure I have proposals well within the deadline. Amazing commitment to customer service. After many years there was a leak in roof. I called David and Greg sent some one next day to fix it. No questions or hassles... Very few companies stand by their warranty.

I had all the roofs on my property replaced in 2018, and Knight Roofing provided superb service. I will definitely recommend Knight Roofing service to anyone. The roof replaced including main house, guest house, 1-car detach garage (all shingles), as well working shed and storage (membrane roofing). From the beginning of the engagement, David was very professional, and promptly provided all the quotes/options and all the product sheets. Our house is a historical house, and changing roof requires permission from the city committee. Greg made great efforts and worked with committee directly on this and made this a smooth process. During the installation, Greg and his team had done a great job and finished all the roof replacement professionally. During their work, they cleaned up every day before they leave the site, to make sure all the hazard material were cleaned up (for example, nails on the drive way). In Jan 2019, the strong wind during a winter storm knocked down one of the oak tree on the property and cause severe damage to one of the newly-installed roof. Greg dispatched his team to cover up the damage area within couple hours, and effectively prevented water leakage into the house. Within one week, the roof was all fixed and installed with new shingle roof. All the above, are the testimony that Knight Roofing is providing first-grade service and taking great care of their customers.

Knight Roofing was highly recommended to me, and for good reason. They are responsive to all inquiries, made several site visits, gave great advise on roof types, and provided a list of jobs they had completed so we could see their workmanship. David Rice was very patient with me as I made decisions about what product to use. After choosing to go with a Spanish Clay S-Tile roof, they completed our home in a professional manner. Their crews worked hard in the blazing sun to complete our multi-level, 8000+ square foot roof, and cleaned up after themselves each day. Contractors, friends, and neighbors have all commented on how good the roof looks, and how skillful the roofers were. I highly recommend Knight Roofing.

I couldn't have been more blessed than to have such a trust worthy company to complete the reroofing for my mother. Their entire staff was PROFESSIONAL, TRUE TO THEIR WORD, and SENISTIVE.

We highly recommend Tri City roofing. They came at 8 am to demo and were done before 3 pm. Came the next day and finished up before 5 pm. They did the roof, gutters and some rotted facia boards. The roof looks fantastic and the workers were friendly and professional. I will definitely call them again in 30 years ( if I’m still alive 😂)
