I called to order a roof inspection from this company and the manager was not even trying to accommodate the seller at all. We asked if the inspector can send a quick text message or something to give the seller a heads up they were on their way and the office manager said no, we would have to charge you $130 for an appointment. I think it's silly to not try to work with the seller, regardless whether they don't need access to the home, they should still try to be more flexible. I get it's a busy time for everyone but customer service is about having courtesy and it's not that much to send a quick text message to say "hey i'm on the way".

I found this company online when I was researching companies to install a new composition shingle roof on my mobile home. I had been in the roofing industry when I was younger so I knew what I wanted and also the whole process of applying a new roof.

Tri City was one of four estimates that I got. I was very impressed with the way they were so prompt at getting out to estimate my roof (next day) and also with the proposal that they submitted. I really enjoyed the fact that I received emails as well as a folder of materials pertaining to my roof.

On the day they were to start the crew arrived on time and I was able to talk with their foreman Oscar. He was great to work with and was very helpful with working out a counter flashing issue I had concerns with over two different metal awnings.

The tear-off was finished within in a few hours then inspection then they began to install the new roof. Everything went smooth as clock work. What amazed me the most was that they completed the roof including new gutters in one day.

As far as additional costs it was me who added to my original quote because of how I wanted the counter flashing done. Again kudos to Oscar for working with me on that one. There wasn't much clean up as the crew worked very neatly. Having been in the industry I've seen the bad and the good. These guys were top notch in my opinion. From the girls in the office to the guys on the roof I was impressed. And this is from a picky know it all who thought he would have to play supervisor over the whole process.

Super impressed overall! Someone picked up the phone right away when I called, they came out right away and gave me a quote! Quality of job was on point and Laura was super professional. It was so refreshing to have such a great experience, it's rare to get good business with companies nowadays, nobody really cares about you as a customer, especially if it's a small job, Tri-City Roofing cares and does good work for ALL their customers, big or little money..

Tri-City Roofing replaced our roof last year and we couldn't be happier! We purchased a home with several leaks and obvious wood rot; Tri-City took care of all our needs in 2.5 days- stripped, repaired, re-shingled, installed beautiful new gutters (they even hooked up the downspout back up to our rain barrel!). Everyone was courteous and professional, they were responsive by phone and email, and super easy to schedule. Jeannine was our point of contact from our initial inquiry to receiving a hard copy of our warranty. She provided a comprehensive estimate at a price point that beat out 3 other local competitors plus the quickest timeline to completion. The crews were fast but they took extra care around my garden beds and our cattery.
I can't rave enough about their customer service! We wanted solar tubes installed at the time of the re-roofing, unfortunately Tri-City didn't have the product we wanted but they agreed to work with an outside company to ensure the installation didn't undermine our roofing warranty. This was AMAZING because the initial tube installation was not vented correctly, Tri-City sent their own crew to install a new vent (matching our other vents) at no additional cost!
So if you're considering re-roofing with or without solar tubes, do yourself a favor and go with Tri-City, they'll make sure the job is done right (and FAST!)

I got a free estimate in a short time. Oscar discussed options for venting my garage and worked with my ideas! Then the follow up work scheduled shortly after I approved / confirmed the proposal. The worker did a good job of installing two eyebrow vents in about an hour and cleaned up after himself. Great Job!

I am very satisfied with their roofing work: the communication is easy and clear (I asked to use email only, and I never got a phone call or in-person visit, which is awesome!) Their pricing is competitive and their work is well done too

This is a Family Business and I am so happy I went with them. Jose and his team were wonderful. They are Punctual, respectful and worked their tales off for 2 weeks putting on a new 3 level roof and new gutters on my house and garage. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and always gave a run down of what was next. Amazing Amazing Amazing!!! There price was a little higher then some of my bids and a a lot lower then others. Very fairly priced for what they do! Thanks You guys!! If I need a new roof on any other property I will call you again🤪

Had several quotes done for a full roof replacement. Tri-city came in with an excellent bid and a work estimate of three days. They must have great coordination with the city inspectors because they were done in two and a half days with a little clean up. This may be the last roof we need before we move and I’m grateful for the professionalism and peace of mind that comes with quality work!

The experience with their office, foreman and roofing crew has been pleasant so far, they did visit the property to give me the quote and were trying to win business. Also post job completion they have addressed follow up issue/doubts promptly

They left debris/dust covered on our personal belongings in the garage though they said it was covered with some tarp but still left a BIG mess. Called the office and it seem I was not entitled to report since I'm just the renter and I was advised to refer it to my land lord.

There are alot of good roofers in the San Francisco East Bay but Tri-City Roofing in Fremont deserves an A+. Needing a roof replacement I did a thorough internet search of local roofers and invited proposals. I selected five who conducted inspections and submitted bids. Of the five, Tri-City submitted the most complete and concise proposal. On day one the crew arrived on time and completed the removal. On day two a different crew arrived on time and finished complete installation about eight hours later. Much to our delight, except for the new roof in place you couldn't tell how much work had actually been done - they're that careful about cleanliness. Total project cost was right in line with what was budgeted. If your house needs roof work give them a call.

Last week I had my roof replaced . It was leaking and the prior owner opted for just add a new roof on top of the old ones. So I was a little stressed about how it would turn out and the cost. After an inspection I received a proposal very detailed, understandable and fair priced. He said he could do it in two weeks and it would take two days. I received a phone call 2 weeks later. The large crew showed up and went to work. By noon the roof was stripped and they were cutting and replacing all the damaged wood. They were done with repairs and the paper was layed down with stacks of roof material ready to install. The next morning the crew arrived and installed the roof while the gutters were being installed. By 4:30 they left. The roof is beautiful with all new hardware. They even painted the trim. Clean up was thorough. They even cleaned the garage floor. We covered everything else with throw cloths. They were fast, efficient, fare, trustworthy and very easy to work with. They noted my stress and told me they would take care of everything. And they did.

I could not be happier with Tri-City Roofing. They were professional every step of the way. I had a time constraint because of an insurance cancelation due to the state of the roof.

I was kept informed at all times. They provided excellent photos to send to the insurance company. When that company still baulked because they did not understand what had been done, the Tri-City office provided me with a fantastic explanation of how the work had been done.

That perfect description of the completed work was provided to me AFTER I had paid Tri-City in full!

The workers were efficient and pleasant and left my property completely cleaned up.

After our HOA contracted Velocity Construction to fix some major water damage in our condo, we worked with Joe Haggerty to coordinate our repairs/renovation. I was expecting a baby at the same time construction started and was worried how much I’d have to manage but Joe made the entire process smooth and seamless. Joe and his team helped with replacing the drywalls and insulation, re-painting, lighting, and also helped coordinate a flooring company to come onsite to install hardwood flooring. Overall we were very happy with the remodeling and repairs done in our master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Joe was extremely professional and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. We will definitely look to use Velocity Construction in the future for personal remodeling work!

I would not recommend this company to people who are looking for a contractor that does work well, without high pricing, which would be fine however the number of change orders and delays could make you think twice. With so many contractors in the area, this is one that needs to be on the bottom of your list.

So happy I found Construction & More on yelp! My family and I were looking for a trusted company who could help us remodel our home as we had never remodeled our home prior to this. We extended our master bedroom by 300 sq.ft. and added a master bathroom and a walk in closet (yay!) prior to this we only had 1 shared bathroom in our home so this was soo nice to have.
We also had carpet in our living room and bedrooms and we decided to replace the entire flooring in our home to give it that modern look we’ve been wanting. I love it!
They were no property damage during the demolition process. The dust levels were kept to a minimum and maintained a well organized and clean environment during this process, which we really appreciated.
Oren & Shai were the project managers and they were very responsive. I really appreciate the great communication and how punctual they were too. I’m really grateful for the whole experience, the whole process was done smoothly and there were no go backs. We are so happy with the outcome!! Thank you Construction & More!

Back at the holidays, we had a dishwasher go bad which caused extensive water damage to our kitchen, requiring the replacement of numerous cabinets. Since it had been 20 years since our last remodel, we decided to redo the kitchen and modernize the look. I found Constuction & More through YELP with great reviews, so we contacted them to see what they could offer. We met with Joseph and Avi who were excited to take on the job and give my wife "the kitchen of her dreams," they did not disappoint.

Starting with the design phase, construction work and through the final cleaning, all went well and was completed on time.  Team members showed up every day as expected, were on time, worked hard, and any concerns that surfaced were addressed and resolved right away. Ultimately my wife (and I) got that dream kitchen we were promised, and we are happy with the end result.

Construction & More were professional, responsive, and motivated to do a great job. Working with Construction & More was a fantastic experience, and one we're planning to repeat in the near future. We planned a bathroom remodel plus adding an additional bathroom but along the way my husband kept adding to the scope of work. Avi managed timelines, increased scope, and all the details beautifully and the project moved along without many of the headaches friends have experienced in construction. Immediately after signing the contract, we were added to a WhatsApp group that was in constant communication with us, letting us know where things were and how they would proceed. Within a day we had scheduled a visit with the architect and as soon as his drawings were in, the designer contacted us to shop for fixtures and tiles. The only slowdown our project had was waiting on the permit from the city, but Avi kept us informed about that process and the day it was issued scheduled our start date. A crew was at our house every day, no slack days holding up progress. Our project was conceived, planned, permitted, and completed quickly and efficiently and the results are stupendous. Talking to friends also doing bathroom work, we were surprised to find that such wonderful workmanship and service was less expensive than some other companies not doing nearly as good of a job. We're so lucky to have found Construction & More and, thanks to seeing how easy large construction projects can be with the right company, have plans to redo our upstairs as well.
