Great job on our 3-part paving and grass replacement project. Crew was friendly, diligent, and professional. Worked through holiday season with reasonable skips for weather and decent time off (fully support). Result is neat and clean. Appreciate project manager Ricardo for keeping us informed with timely communications and follow-up. Likewise Cecelia as sales liaison (who had to deal with months-long HOA delay and resultant design changes). This is our second project with SP and would use again. Nice job, team!

A few years ago we had System Pavers put in retaining walls, and also had them replace our railroad tie graded walkways with pavers. They did a great job and the results looks great. We recently used System Pavers to add a new matching wall. Octavio and his crew did a great job, they took care of us and again the results look great!

Oscar Maciel was an outstanding project manager for my System Pavers installation this past week. From start to finish, he was incredibly attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. Oscar took the time to thoroughly educate me on every aspect of the project, making sure I understood the process and felt confident in each decision.

Any time I called with questions or requested changes, Oscar was responsive, flexible, and genuinely supportive. His communication was clear and consistent, and his interpersonal skills made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Oscar’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I highly recommend him and appreciate the excellent service he provided.

We recently resurfaced the upper part of our backyard with System Pavers. We bought this home with an expanse of those annoying little pebbles between the house and the lower garden, pergola, and hot tub—which we rarely used, because the pebbles were so messy. I contacted System Pavers and Dan Bowman dutifully made several trips to San Francisco, came up with a design and gave me every discount that he could (at least that’s what he said, lol). Octavio Viniegra was project manager. He checked in with us every day during the construction process, and was extremely courteous and responsive by text and phone. The “6-8 week job” was finished in under 3 weeks. Reviewers can say whatever they want, but this reviewer asked Dan and Octavio to start work on our front pathway and patio right away—not part of the initial plan. That speaks volumes! System Pavers is not cheap, but it was a truly seamless experience. Waiting for outdoor furniture now . . .

We first used System Pavers 25 years ago, so when we had a new big project, they were the first ones we called.

TLDR: Use them! They are great, especially Hugo, the project manager.

Roger was a great first contact - he had some great ideas for how we can improve our original ideas about our project, he then was great in terms of coming up with a really fair price, helped us pick up the right pavers and then got everything under way.

Hugo, as the project manager, then took over and everything continued to go exceedingly well. He provided an estimate for the timeline to getting the project done and then did everything to make sure they delivered the project with the level of quality we hoped for...and got done a bit earlier than originally estimated.

Besides the great quality of the resulting project, we really appreciated the quality of Hugo's work as the project manager. He was in communicated really well and professionally throughout the project and was highly responsive if I had even the smallest of questions about the project. He was constantly checking in and reviewing the progress and he had a great working relationship with the team, so when he asked for things or made adjustments, everything got done. He was always exceptionally pleasant and gave us the confidence that if he said something, that it would get done with a high level of quality.

Really excellent work all around and we do plan on working with them on a new project that we are planning.

We couldn’t be happier with the final product from Systems Pavers! We were initially unsure how much of a difference pavers on our two driveways and walkway would make, but the finished result absolutely blew us away. We just hired System Pavers to transform our small backyard and had a great experience from start to finish. Jennifer Norman was our design consultant who started by looking at the design that I had been thinking of and making some helpful suggestions. Then the project manager, Dan Burnham, came out and made some final adjustments and even some really good design suggestions that we incorporated into the final design. Everything was streamlined and their customer portal was very helpful for sharing messages, documents, photos, tracking payments etc.. The crew was very conscientious and friendly. Overall, a very professional and satisfying experience. We will recommend System Pavers to our friends and neighbors.

We would like to share a review for exceptional service we received from Dan Burnham with System Pavers. They installed a fantastic putting green in our yard a few years ago. We noticed a water leak under the green and contacted the company to see if they would honor their work where apparently a sprinkler head was left uncapped. Dan reached out and sent his team to repair and the putting green looks as good as new and the leak is gone. After the work was completed Dan reached out to make sure we were happy with the work. System pavers and Dan is a great and reliable company that stands by their work even a couple years after installation. I would highly recommend Dan Burnham and System Pavers to anyone looking for a beautiful and challenging, putting green or landscaping with an excellent experience. They added a lot of fun to have in our yard for friends and family time fun.

Amazing sales and service experience! Right off the bat, we were well taken care of by Ian, who was on top of things and was there to answer any questions we had. We discussed many designs and he gave us a great rate for our back yard. Once we had a good plan in place, we met the build team. Octavio ensured everything was proceeding as planned and met us daily to check in and give us updates. The team had to deal with tricky rebar, roots and existing irrigation system, but they took care of everything. There was a bad batch of pavers and they changed them out without hesitation. They accommodated every request we had with sprinklers, footer locations etc and finished the job within a week.
One small note, I’d request if they could have the crew switch to electric tools, the gas motor on those were way louder than the task they were performing (cutting, compacting, demolishing). You definitely want to inform your neighbors. Also, thanks to Adrian and Patrick for helping out during the first few days!

We originally used System Pavers to transform our driveway 19 years ago. They did fantastic work that drastically increased our curb appeal and the value of our home. We called them back recently to help us repair several stones that PG&E damaged when they dug a massive trench to increase the power to our house during a major remodel. They were very responsive and professional. Adrian O'Donoghue came out to provide the quote and he was fantastic. He advised on resetting the stones as well as professionally cleaning the stones, replacing the sand and sealing. I got a prompt written quote at a very reasonable price. He communicated clearly and honestly throughout the project, which only took a few days to complete once they started. After the damaged stones were reset I could not tell that there was any damage. Once the entire driveway was cleaned, sand replaced and sealed my driveway looked exactly like it did during the initial installation nearly 20 years ago. The workers were courteous, communicative and respected my property. These days its hard to find professional, personalized service from a contractor who won't try to gouge you. System Pavers stands out for high quality products, superior workmanship and phenomenal customer service. If you have a paving project, give this company a try. You will not be disappointed!

Great experience with Brandon in Sales, and Adrian who was the Project Manager. Exactly what I was expecting, and they took a lot of care to explain the entire process from end to end VERY thoroughly. They kept in great contact, and the actual paver installers were outstanding and very nice. Overall great experience and I'll be coming back for more projects.

I am very pleased with the work ZMC did in my backyard. I had a small space that needed paving. Others came and were not understanding what I wanted them to do. ZMC listened and delivered, going far and beyond. They were punctual in stopping by to inspect the area, sent me enough pictures of samples so I could choose accordingly, and delivered exactly as promised.
The crew of 4 was highly professional and worked to make sure the foundation was created properly by digging over 5 inches of soil and filling with sand and concrete. They lined up the pavers nicely only after the entire space was flat. They cut the pavers so the job was done aesthetically.
Overall, I’m very happy with the work they did.
