Jeff and Harrison came out to clean one of our classrooms. We have roughly 100 people a week in an out of our building on a weekly basis. They did a great job bringing the carpet back to like new condition. Showed up on time and were done quickly. Cannot recommend enough.

I was in need of immediate carpet cleaning and J&J answered his phone on my first try and without hesitation advised me that he would be at my apartment the next morning at agreed 10 am time.

Very impressive and professional. Showed up 15 minutes early, we went over what I needed cleaned then immediately got to work. The jib was done in promised time and gave instructions on how long to allow the carpets to completely dry.

Juan is very polite and professional. Knows his products and exactly what to use. Only uses NON Toxic NON harmful products. He was only hired to do one room but was very flexible and did a hallway and a set of stairs when asked at last minute. Best price in the East Bay guarantee! Carpet and janitorial J&J did an amazing job cleaning our 1bedroom apartment carpet. I had called about 7 different places for quotes and they offered the best price hands down! He even offered same/next day service on availability. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. We have had our carpet washed about 5 times since we have lived here and he was able to remove stains all the previous carpet cleaners told us they couldn’t remove. If I could give them 10 stars I would, he got the job greatly done and for such a good price.

Took help of Juan to clean carpet of our old house as part of move out cleaning. He did an excellent job and cleaned thoroughly. We are completely satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend him. We felt we got value for the money we paid.

Excellent job steam cleaning our home's wall-to-wall carpets! The carpets were really dirty and now look great. Juan confirmed everything by text prior to the appointment, arrived on time and was very thorough, including spraying with pre-cleaner. Highly recommend.
