James cleaned my carpet and power washed my patios. He arrived on time and quickly got to work. One of my carpets is very thick and plush so they didn’t get dry by the evening so he brought by some large blowers to speed up the drying process. Will hire them again.

We have used James several times now to come clean our carpets and I really can’t say enough about him. He’s a really nice guy and does great work. He works hard, he’s honest and his rates are very reasonable. Because we have a toddler in the house it’s very important we get a good cleaning from time to time. Because we have such high traffic our carpets can get pretty soiled with dirt and spilled drinks. Anyway James had came and got the carpets done and as the carpet dried some of the stains came back up. I called James to ask how much it would cost to come do a second cleaning as the carpets were obviously very dirty. He told me that the stains come up from the padding which I agree with. He told me don’t worry and that he’d gladly come back for free and do it again in which he did and the carpets look and stayed amazingly clean. I can’t thank him enough for his service and I can’t appreciate his type of work ethic enough. It’s hard to find good hard working honest people like James anymore. I highly recommend James and his services.

Awesome experience! First of all, my couch is huge and it was absolutely filthy from keeping it in storage. It was easy to get a quote and schedule an appointment.
