Yesterday, Pacific Coast Termite was at my home to remove the existing insulation from my attic.
Today, Pedro and Vicente were at my home performing a preemptive Termite treatment.
I am expecting that tomorrow, the Thursday crew will be back to blow in bug resistant insulation.
So far, everyone has been on time within the 2 hour timeframe we were scheduled.
Everyone (including the person who calls to verify the appointment) has been pleasant, personable, and professional. They have taken precautions to prevent dirt in my home and minimize the impact we are encountering.

Top notch crew. Great company to work with. A bonus is that their prices are reasonable.

I just had a wonderful experience with Omar at Pacific Coast Termite. He was so knowledgeable and totally educated me on all the different kinds wood destroying insects as well as the type of treatments available. He also told me about all the options his company could offer me and how I can protect my home over the long term. No hard sell. Just an honest, knowledgeable person. Highly recommend!

I simply can't say enough great things about JACK, he arrived on time, was very personable and beyond professional. He put on his shoe covers at the door and removed them when he went back to the truck to dress for the inspection on his return, putting on the shoe covers, he went up into the attic, when he was finished with that, he proceeded outdoors and checked the under side of the house and the perimeter. On his return, he reported his findings, we signed the paperwork and he left. I would love to have him back again next year, he is the very best. He makes Pacific Coast Termite a real plus, by the way, I have termite and rodent coverage. Many thanks again to JACK!!!

Terrible job. Left holes in my paneling and ceiling. Had to spend much more to replace ceiling boards. Ended costing me more than if i had had the house tented. No sure the termites are gone. Should had gotten a refund. No way to treat senior citizens.

I noticed drywood termite infestations in two areas of my home. I have two hospice patients as well as pet birds, dogs, and cats, so tenting was going to be logistically impossible for us.

I called Pacific Coast Termite Inc. They scheduled one of their technicians to stop by in a few days. Rob was very thorough with his inspection. Pedro and Saul stopped by for treatment the following week (total time from calling to treatment was less than two weeks).

The office staff and field technicians were all very friendly, courteous, and professional. The technicians were prepared with boot covers (we are a shoe-free home).

I did not need to relocate my hospice patients or animals. I feel reassured that the materials are non-toxic to humans and pets. I am OK if the treatment is not 100% effective and having them come out to reapply if needed (there is a 2-year warranty).

The price was very reasonable. I will provide an update in a couple of years with how effective the treatment was.

Reading reviews online I was hopeful to use this company. Gave them a call and their customer service was not great at all.

We had our house treated for termites and beetles. I was happy with the inspectors and technicians, everyone was respectful, professional and courteous. Dan, Enrique, Saul H, Vince, Raudel, and Ramiro all did a great job.

I had a fantastic experience with Ron Pallan, who did an exceptional job with rodent exclusion at my property. With many years of experience under his belt, he approached the job with a level of thoroughness and professionalism that really stood out.

What amazed me most was his saying: "You have to think like a rodent." It perfectly captured his meticulous and strategic approach. He didn't just patch visible holes--he carefully inspected every possible entry point and explained the behavior patterns that rodents typically follow. His deep understanding of the problem, attention to detail, and passion for his work gave me complete peace of mind.

I highly recommend his services to anyone dealing with rodent issues. He's not only highly skilled, but also someone who clearly takes pride in doing the job right.

Haven't had their service but I was driving in the freeway on 880 when I was merging to the carpool lane (plenty of space) when he started to speed up so I couldn't merge. He started honking manuly times and making all these signs and I had my young child with me. This is not okay behavior especially while driving a company vehicle.

I used Pacific Coast Termite for some years now. The latest round of inspection (by Jason and George) and subsequent treatment on problem spots (by John and Alexis) were a good repeat of a pleasant experience just as before. [Edited] After termites reappeared from our treatment last year and some disagreement over how to handle the situation, Pacific Coast Termite returned today to spray a different chemical on my garage ceiling. I believe this will have a better chance of stopping my infestation. Kudos to PCT for honoring their warranty and making things right.

I recently had Pacific Coast Termites come out to my home to treat for subterranean and drywood termites. I was very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of their work.

The inspector who came to my home, Robert, was very knowledgeable about termites and their behavior. He took the time to explain the different types of termites, how they infest homes, and the different treatment options available.

Robert also did a very thorough inspection of my home. He checked the crawl space and outside perimeter of the house for signs of termite activity and showed me pictures of the termite tubes in under the house.

After the inspection, Robert recommended a treatment plan that included both subterranean and drywood termites. He explained the different types of treatment options available and the pros and cons of each.

I decided to go with the treatment plan that Robert recommended. 5 weeks later, Jaime and Larry showed up to perform the treatment and this was completed in just under 4 hours. Jaime did an amazing job keeping my house as cleaned as possible as he cleaned up the crawl space and the attic.

Larry was very meticulous about trenching around the foundation walls of the exterior perimeter of the house. Together they were an amazing team and treated the soil and also the subarea of the house. Jaime suggested to schedule a follow up a year from now to double check the termite activities as they provide a 2 year warranty.

I would highly recommend Pacific Coast Termites to anyone who is looking for a professional and thorough termite treatment. They are a company that I can trust to protect my home from termites.

Bill was great, he came out to my house in Bodega Bay and treated out home. He gave great advice, friendly service and very reasonably price! I highly recommend using this company!

NOT RECOMMENDED. Had this company come out this year and everything seemed fine. They covered our house for fumigation. We noticed a couple broken roof tiles towards the front after they left but didn't think much of it.

Until recently... After the huge storms a few weeks ago, unbeknownst to us, we had water leaks in our attic. It slowly led to our ceiling having water damage. We hired a roofing company that the neighbors have used through the years and they sent a drone up there to show us our roof.There were about 30 separate places on our roof where multiple tiles were broken. Before the termite company, our roof was fine. I am so disappointed that after they fumigated our home, their team left without letting us know the damage they caused.

We had termite issues inside one of our rooms, and were searching for a termite company. Found and called Pacific Coast Termite, and Bill came to inspect the entire house, including the crawl space and attic. Then, when it was time to do the work, we had Jonathan and Saul come and complete it. It was very efficient and thorough, and everyone was great. I am impressed by Pacific Coast services, from the initial call, inspection, scheduling, and completion of the work. To me, it was money well spent. Excellent dryer vent cleaning service. Booking was easy and they arrived exactly on schedule. The technician was friendly and very professional. He worked carefully and didn’t rush the job. After the cleaning, the dryer vents looked almost brand new. I am very impressed.

I decided to get my dryer vent cleaned after noticing my laundry was taking longer than usual. The technician arrived on time and explained the whole process in a simple way. He showed me the lint buildup and how it was affecting airflow. After the cleaning, the difference was immediate. Clothes are drying faster and the dryer doesn’t feel as hot. Very satisfied with the overall experience.
