They sprayed everywhere, under the house, drilled holes outside around foundation for liquid injections and sprayed studs in back wall including the garage exit door frame. Termites came back on door frame, they sprayed again, under warranty. Out of warranty, they came out and thoroughly treated, sprayed whole door frame. Plan on getting extended warranty. Recommend.

They arrived when they said they would, took their time and did a thorough termite inspection. It was easy to schedule the termite work and again arrived as promised. Took care of the termite issue and we didn't have to move out. They also have a better warranty than if we had tented and we're cheaper. We used them in Aptos.

Recently I had Pacific Coast Termites come to my house to have a wood repair for subterranean and drywood termites. Raudel did a great job, even help me to repair several dagamed floor wood. He is helpful and efficient. Thank you!

Refugio came to do a free termite inspection. He was on time and courteous. I showed him a part of our dining room hardwood floor where I suspected termite damage. After putting on the proper protective clothes, he went into the crawlspace and attic. He came back with a confirmation of subterranean termites. He gave an oral explanation of the problem and his recommended solution. A written inspection report and estimate of the work to be done was provided by email. After agreeing to the proposal, a date was scheduled. The work was done by Refugio and another person. They were efficient and done in less than 3 hours. Everything was done very well and they were very clean in their work. Only thing they missed was to put back small amounts of dirt and gravel where they entered the ground on the outside of the house. Would use Pacific Coast Termite again.

The technicians were professional and friendly. They were very careful to protect the floors and their work area. They explained what they were doing and the ingredients in their products. They were very efficient and thorough. The warranty they provide is excellent. I would definitely recommend Pacific Coast Termite!

Inspector came quickly and got us our report and recommendations quickly. Crew did a good job and were both respectful and communicated their plan well. They easily worked around us (working from home) and the dogs, which was appreciated.

Pacific Coast Termite came out, did an inspection, and I scheduled the treatment for the following week.
At both appointments they were prompt and professional.

The treatment took roughly six hours. My technician (Henry) was fantastic. He was very thorough with the application and he answered all of my questions.

I highly recommend Pacific Coast Termite. They did an excellent job for me from the inspection through the treatment; were always very informative, answered all questions easily and clearly and were very respectful of my home while they did the orange oil treatment. I had talked with several other companies and choose Pacific Coast Termite because I believed them to be the most qualified and cared most about doing a good job for me.

I needed a inspection for a refinance and they were able to get someone out in 24 hours. The inspector did a very thorough job and was very friendly. He recommended some stuff unrelated to the termite inspection and noted a wasp nest right where my dogs use the yard. Very pleased.

UPDATE: I hate to reduce the rating from five to two stars, but after some damage directly caused by the initial work, and the cascading headache of getting it all sorted I feel like I should warn others of my very uneven experience with Pacific Coast Termite. To be clear, everyone I dealt with was nice and polite - but using a sprayer to paint a drywall repair WITHOUT TAPING OFF WINDOWS AND COVERING THE FLOOR is beyond me. My bill was greatly reduced, but getting this whole affair remedied took months and a lot of paint remover. I won't be calling this company back - very, very uneven experience.

Original Post: So far, so good - great experience all the way around, from scheduling to the actual service. Extra cudos to PCT for taking responsibility and quickly repairing damage from an accident that happened during treatment - I was impressed with communication and follow through.

We were very happy with Pacific Coast Termite. They did a through inspection and came by a couple days later and treated for termites. We liked the option of using less toxic chemicals. Our house had a fresh orange fragrance. They were professional, clean and communicated well with us. Defiantly would recommend their services.

The whole experience was great and I really liked the friendly and informative nature of the guys that came out to help us, from the inspection, estimate, and the work.. The only negative thing I have to say is that when the cement used to patch up the holes got wet from the rain, later on, so I had to buy some ready mix cement to repatch the holes. I guess doing the work on tax day, April 15, was a little bad timing. But it's all good. No, tenting, no move out and really, really good guys. We highly recommend them.

After initial treatment, I had some concerns about termites and although it was less than 90 days but they still scheduled someone to come. Jack showed me some good informative video about the subterranean termites so I know what to look for. He treated the area again, explained all he did and left.

We experienced a few communication issues between the office and different technicians. However, Frank the quality control supervisor immediately set to correct the issue. Very impressed with his quick action and professionalism. Excellent response and follow through.

Steven the initial inspector was very helpful also. My complex HOA had a long list of questions and he took the time to answer every one in detail.

Despite one disgruntled/frustrated moment during one treatment, we are overall very happy and satisfied with Pacific Coast Termite and would recommend their services.

This would be a zero star review if possible. I moved into a home where the previous owner had been a client and despite four to five phone calls to schedule an inspection, they could never get their act together to actually make an appointment. I changed my phone number with them repeatedly and eventually gave up. Received an email a year later asking if I wanted to schedule an inspection. I figured they had straightened out whatever was going on. Big mistake. I was able to schedule an appointment. Several days beforehand they called me to reschedule. Today I received a phone call asking me to reschedule because I had left a voicemail when I had never done so. I stated that I had an appointment tomorrow. And they said it wasn't on the books. Do not use these people. I'm not sure who's running this business, but I'm surprised they're able to keep any business if they can't properly update phone numbers and schedule appointments.

Used PCT back in 2021 for subterranean termite infestation, Enrique the Service Rep really impressed me with his knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. You could tell PCT does NOT train for high pressure sales but for unbiased solutions. The quote was fair, they did the work quickly and with no issues, Fast forward 2+ years I am selling the home and insisted we reinspect with PCT. Again the rep was very professional and helpful. There was a small reinfestation that needed to be treated and even though the 2 year warranty was past by a month, they went ahead and retreated at no cost to me. I believe that good companies should be rewarded and Pacific Coast and its employees proved to be good twice!

Pacific Coast termite, very professional, Oscar and Andrea did a fantastic job, neat and tidy, detail oriented. Most importantly appreciate all the hard work that goes into gardens, they were very careful not to tranple new plantings or spray right on roots. Not spraying anything harmful to all the lizards that are great natural pest control.

Extremely disorganized. I had an inspection scheduled and not only did they give me a big time approximate of when they were coming (2 hours) instead of an exact time, they didn't even show up in the end. Of course when I called them, I was put on hold forever with no one to pick up my call. Do not use their services, I doubt such a disorganized company would be able to meet your needs.

I have used Pacific Coast Termite several times. Their pricing, professionalism, thoroughness, and honesty are nothing short of wonderful. Casner is also a reputable company, but with possibly more limited treatment options.
