This is the second time I’m using M&R and James came out both times. I initially had my carpets cleaned and I was very impressed with the service. So I called them again when it came time to clean the tiles. And again, I had great service from the initial phone call to James coming and doing the work. I am very impressed with them and will definitely use them again. Everything looks so clean and wonderful in my home. And I just learned that they also do windows!!! Wish they did deep cleaning too....

James is very professional. After making the appointment, he texted me to confirm. On the day, he was punctual and started cleaning the carpets with spot cleaning first. Then he cleaned all the rooms. I was amazed the spots that I had for years are gone. I would recommend James any time. Thank you James

James does amazing job for our carpet! We have 2 little ones which make a mess on our carpet. He comes in a does the cleaning and leaves it amazing. We always call M&R Premium Carpet Care to schedule and they always place me in the schedule right away. Which is great! We will definitely call them again! Thank you!

James is very professional. I have been using his services for the last three years. He is punctual about time and keeps me updated if there are any delays. This year he had to come thrice to remove a coffee stain. He didn’t give up and got it completely removed. His prices are very reasonable too!

My son had a viral illness and threw up on the carpet on a Friday night. I called Ruiz Premium Carpet Care the next morning, and I was pleasantly surprised when James Ruiz called me back on a Saturday morning. We arranged for carpet-cleaning to take place in 3 days. I couldn't be at the house, so I arranged for my father to be there. Unfortunately, I wasn't initially pleased with the cleaning since it seemed like there was only pass done in haste, and the two employees cleaned two designated small areas in <22 minutes. I say <22 minutes because my dad texted me at 9:21 AM that they arrived, and texted me again at 9:43 AM that they finished and left. I factored in that it takes time to set things up.

I waited for the carpet to dry but I saw that there were two areas that should've looked better (since I cleaned up the vomit pretty thoroughly immediately after it happened). James Ruiz kindly came out with another associate four days later, did spot treatments on the area, and everything looks good now.

I am happy with the service. I would suggest that you get a quote in writing ahead of the service since the price quoted was different than what was verbally said after the service was done, but everything worked out in the end. I think that James Ruiz is an ethical and hard-working person who I would use again.

James did great work in shampooing my carpet. Later there was some stain which I requested to try one more time. And upon request, James went again to completely clean it up with stronger cleaners. Very happy with him.

I had James and his team come in to do carpet cleaning, as well as kitchen and bathroom tile cleaning and upholstery cleaning for us. James was very responsive throughout the process. He gave me a very fair quote ahead of time and showed up exactly on time the day of cleaning. To my amazement all the dark spots and streaks on our carpet and tile grout came out looking good as new. They were efficient and professional and friendly. I will definitely be calling James for all my future cleaning needs. Thank you so much for a job well done.

James cleaned the carpet in our place and did an excellent job. He was able to clean spots that a previous company we used did not remove. When I mentioned that some areas could probably be cleaned a little more, he went over them again and got them looking much better. James is a super nice and hard working guy and I would definitely recommend his services.
