if you don't want to read a lot, i'll just say preston from the carpet cleaning team is AMAZING! seriously, a real pro at getting carpets and upholstery spotless. the price he quoted was exactly what we paid—no surprises. if you need your carpets or sofas cleaned, these are the folks to call! here's the reason for my five stars: we have four dogs and two cats, so our carpets and favorite armchair really take a beating. one of our dogs has some health issues and made a mess on the chair, and our cat marked the carpet near our bedroom. i tried cleaning it myself, but nothing worked and my husband was getting frustrated. then preston came out right after i called for a quote. i explained the situation, and when he arrived, he could see (and smell!) the problem. after about three hours, our carpets looked almost like new, and the armchair we were about to throw away was fresh and clean again (except for some old scratches). and the odor? completely gone! the best part was the cost—no extra fees at all, just the fair price we discussed. plus, since my husband is a senior, preston gave us a small discount. if you need carpet or upholstery cleaning anywhere nearby, you really should call these guys. i couldn't be happier with the service!

i was searching for a good carpet cleaning service for my new place and got in touch with top fremont carpet cleaning after my last apartment manager recommended them. since they have been handling all the carpet cleanings for the property for a long time, i decided to try them out. when i called, they were really helpful and quickly arranged for preston to visit and give an exact quote. preston was super friendly and made sure everything was set up for a cleaning the very next day at a price i was happy with. they did a deep carpet cleaning that made the place look and smell fresh. i would definitely recommend if you need move in or move out carpet cleaning.

total professional! our dog made a mess by chewing up an ink cartridge right on the living room carpet. one quick call to dean, and he showed up in just 30 minutes to clean up the ink stains before they could set in. his attention to detail and friendly attitude really make a difference. we've also used this service before for full carpet cleaning in our house, and each time the results have been fantastic. i highly recommend this carpet cleaning team to anyone looking for great service and spotless carpets!

I used your service on Friday Aug. 22nd, 2025. Unfortunately, the carpet cleaner did not do a good job and the carpet does not look better in any way, shape, or form. He only took 45 minutes to clean the house, did barely anything, and did not dry the carpet. I have used carpet cleaning services before and they would take 3-4 hours to clean the house, do a thorough job, and then dry clean it. Again, the carpet cleaner hardly did any work and the carpet does not look better at all.

As you can see in the photos, there are water marks, stains, and machine marks that made the carpet look worse than it was before.

Please call me at my number if you want to discuss any further (sent in the online form). Again, I am extremely disappointed.

I will not recommend your services to anyone unless you discuss a moderate solution with me. Please stay away from this company if you want your carpets to be cleaned. Thank you.

i had a great experience getting my area rug cleaned in fremont. before picking up my carpet, i got a call about 30 minutes ahead to check if they could come a little early, which i really appreciated. terrance and jude, the technicians, were both professional and friendly. they really knew their stuff and explained the whole cleaning process, including how long it would take and when i could expect my rug back. my freshly cleaned rug was delivered today. the team let me know by text before they arrived, which was super helpful. they made sure to place the rug exactly where i wanted it, even getting it neatly under the sofa legs. they worked quickly and were very friendly the whole time. overall, i’m really happy with how easy and smooth everything was.

top fremont carpet cleaning did a fantastic job! preston was very skilled, friendly, and easy to work with. when i moved into my new place, i had them clean my carpets, which had big, dark stains on the white areas. i was really impressed with how fresh and spotless everything looked afterward. not long after that, my toddler spilled a whole bottle of syrup on the same carpet. i called right away, and preston arrived the next day. he removed the sticky stain completely, and now the carpet looks as good as new again. i highly recommend their carpet cleaning services and won’t go anywhere else!

I'm just an old guy living here alone. Vereonica and Lupita have been dong weekly cleaning for years. They do a wonderful job, honest, capable trust worthy and always ready to help. they are much like family. They even had a person say a prayer for me before some major surgery. I f I'm not home on cleaning day they come in and do there job and I am very comfortable with that.
