Cleaning Authority has been cleaning my house for 15 to 20 years. I have enjoyed their professional commitment to cleaning my home. During this epidemic caution has been made to satisfy the requirements for appropriate cleaning. Over the years I have had several favorite cleaners, most recently, Jose Aguilera. Jose and Rachel did a wonderful job to continue my cleaning after having to discontinue because of COVID-19 shaky finances. What a wonderful feeling to have a cleaner house once again!

Iris and Brianda are fantastic! They really know what they’re doing and have very professional and friendly service. I’m always impressed. I got housekeepers because I have allergies and just didn’t want to deal with keeping up with chores and sneezing too much. These two are the best!

We have been with cleaning Authority for the past 10 years. Very efficient, punctual and never missed a cleaning day. Happy with the quality of their work. Janeth, Candy & Zaida did a fantastic job, they are very thorough. We highly recommend them.

This week, our cleaners were very accommodating to our work at home/school at home schedules and came later in the day which was wonderful. Rafaela has been our regular person for many years. Jose has been coming to the house for a few months now. They are always on time, do very thorough job and are very friendly. Since the pandemic hit they are make sure they are wearing their protective gear and practice social distancing so we feel safe while they are in the house. I would definitely recommend my team and the Cleaning Authority to family and friends.

Wendy and Candy arrived on time and started downstairs as I was working upstairs. This kept the vacuuming noise away from me until I had finished working. They were thorough, and it was spotless when they had finished. I am very pleased and looking forward to their next visit in 2 weeks!

I contacted Cleaning Authority for a standard Cleaning of my 2 bedroom apartment. Veronica and Lupita arrived on time. My main concerns were the bathrooms, kitchen, family room and if there was remaining time the two bedrooms. They did an excellent job! The bathrooms were shining once again ;). They even cleaned the kitchen cupboard exteriors and left them spotlessly clean. They swabbed the bedroom floors. Marvelous job, prompt and good team work.

Excellent cleaning services provided always punctual on time and work done promptly , never missed the service till now, they are quite reliable. Iris and Brianda have been coming to our home for the cleaning services regularly for a few years now, they are very efficient and reliable in what they do. Quite happy with the services.

They performed two initial cleans for me so far. Each initial clean involves deep clean of half the house and standard clean for the rest of the house.

Overall, they seemed okay for us so far. We had a different team the second team from the first. The best among them was Maribel, whose job we liked. The rest probably need to do better.

The bathroom and kitchen deep cleans were quite good. The living room and bedroom deep cleans were average. The standard clean also is average. I found hairs and dirt after the cleans at some places. For mopping, they use only water, and we supplied them with bona for the second clean. For other surfaces too, they use non-harsh chemicals, which to us seemed either water or dish-wash soap. For counter-tops, we supplied our own solution. The patio was not cleaned the first time in spite of our request, but they did a good clean of the same during the subsequent service.

I want to thank Barbara and Maribel for consistently doing a fantastic job cleaning our home. They truly give the attention needed to make our house a home. Their service is thorough, efficient and timely. We greatly appreciate them and thank the Cleaning Authority for their service.

Claudia and Miguel have been cleaning my home for over two years. They are professional personable and make my home sparkling. They do little things that they are not asked to do and always leave our home with a wonderful smile and just Make our day. They are a wonderful team a professional cleaners.

I've use Cleaning Authority for the past 9yrs. I have met with all the cleaning staff and office staff. They do an excellent cleaning job, but I do have my favorites that I request to deep clean my house bi-weekly. Olga & Lesly are the team that I have chosen. They are professional, nice and two hard working women that I trust to come into my home and clean throughly and with the respect of my sentimental delicate things in the home. They take pride and care in their cleaning work and want to make sure you're always happy and they are doing the right things for the areas that are being cleaned in the home. We have been using The Cleaning Authority to clean our home for over a year and are extremely pleased with their service. This week Wendy and Candy cleaned our home with the same excellent results we have seen over the year. Our stainless steel appliances sparkle and all surfaces are fresh and clean. They are friendly, courteous and follow instructions when we have special needs.

Tried out The Cleaning Authority based on the decent reviews posted across Yelp and Google Reviews. We hired them for a one-time cleaning to see how things went, and we were rather disappointed overall.
They unlocked every single window in our house, including some that the lock was behind bookshelves. Some of the windows were propped slightly open. That's a huge safety concern for me, and I'm sure for others, so be sure to check your windows and sliders afterwards.

Team #6 Janeth and Candy do an awesome job. They are polite and courteous. My house is always spotless after their visit. Highly recommend to everyone. We feel safe and assured with them in our house. Keep up the good work.

Thank you Olga and Lesly for doing such an excellent job today. Our stove was an utter mess before they came. Now it's so clean I can see my reflection in it! Olga and Leslie are amazing! They have been coming to our home for
many years and each time they do a fantastic job! I don't know what I'd do without them. We took a time out from our regular cleaning because of Covid and remodeling but Olga and Leslie are back on a regular basis and we are so very happy! I have recommended The Cleaning Authority multiple times!

Iris and Brianda did a deep clean of our home and were very thorough. They allowed us peace of mind during the stress of moving house.

They were also able to schedule us last minute after another cleaning service cancelled on us so we appreciate that they could fit us in. The customer service through the phone was polite and handled our request well.

Miguel and Claudia have been with us for over 4 years. Every other

Very happy with the Cleaning Authority. I have three boys and a dog and Avery busy schedule so there’s always a mess of some sort at my house. My cleaning team does an amazing job though (thank you Jose and Kenia!!). Very thorough and attention to detail. The house always looks and feels super clean when they’re done- without the heavy chemical smells. Definitely recommend if you need that helping hand with your home.
