These maids never put things back where they belong. After this last cleaning, I found my shower gel and razor moved from the shower to the sink counter which is in a separate room. They have consistently broken things including a $2500 piece of art. No matter how many times we have brought these things to their attention, it continues and they don't reimburse us for anything that is broken. I am seriously considering firing them.

We paused our cleaning during the pandemic. I am so glad to have Barbara and Maribel back! They do a fantastic job every time. They are polite and professional, my house looks amazing and they even make the bed!

Feels very safe and comfortable to have them in our home again.

I initially hired this company and they were good.. However, the people keep on changing and all good cleaner leave the company - they don't speak English either or understand properly. They sometimes make fun of you if you say something which is obvious from their behaviour. I will never recommend anyone for this company anymore - They also have time constraint and are stressed out to leave fast and today they just vanish without informing... I am extremely disappointed and frustrated and now will end my cleaning service with them... PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM

I love Team 1: Lesley and Jonathan. They are always on time with wonderful smiles and greetings. They know my house now, and so quickly get on with their routine and finish up quickly. I have never had to notify the office of any mishaps or misses. I truly appreciate their good work. Thank you.

My husband and I have been thrilled with Olga and Lesly, the house cleaners from Cleaning Authority. They are very thorough and cheerful in their work. We trust them completely and they brighten our house.

We have had Olga and Lesly clean our house now for over a year and we are extremely happy with their consistent skills. They always clean our house thoroughly and if we need to reschedule a week or two they are very accommodating to our schedule.

Wendy and Candy did an excellent job. They actually clean, and do not just move things around or dust around them. I've been using this service for 5 years and am very happy with it. My house is spotless and smells fresh. Each time a new area is concentrated on in addition to the regular cleaning. This is done in a rotation so the entire house gets a deep clean. I would highly recommend this service, and it is also very reasonable.

Everything started out great with our cleaners. I found them to be hardworking, kind and friendly.
However, over the past 3-4 cleanings things have been going down hill rapidly.

If it was a one time thing, no biggie. But everytime the cleaners come, I feel like I have to do a sweep to “fix” all the things that went wrong.

First a bucket of water was overturned onto our carpeted floor and we had to have fans on all night. Then they broke our blinds and didn’t tell us (FIL fixed it). The next time they put our dirty bath mat -from the bathroom floor- onto our clean towel rack in the bathroom and I had to wash the towels. This past time, all of the paintings in the master bedroom + the tv were hanging super crooked and I had to straighten them all. AND they put our bath mats (including the one from next to the toilet) onto my in-laws BED and PILLOWS so now I need to wash all of the bedding.

I’m not sure if the cleaners are feeling super rushed or if they’re just careless.. but we will be canceling the service. There’s no way the cleaning they do is worth $155 + tip. Why pay for cleaners if I have to come home and fix a ton of mistakes? I’d rather save the money and spend that time cleaning myself.

I’d just like consistency. They cleaned so fast today that they left all of my countertops in shambles and there were even people that came to inspect their work! The workers that were here two weeks ago were awesome. They took their time and completed everything on their list. I was very happy with them.

We have been using the Cleaning Authority for our residential every other week cleaning since 2018. Our team does a great job, and we rely on their trustworthy, thoughtful services. We recommend them without hesitation.

I have use The Cleaning Service for years, and mainly I'm happy with their cleaning services . The team usually make my house spotless clearing. However one big problem I recently have is the team not showing up on time. For example, I was confirmed by a phone call from a team leader whose team will come between 8:00 - 9:00 today. The fact is the cleaning team didn't show up until 12:45 pm. This situation was not happened first time witch made myself very harder to keep my schedule or appointment.

Updated April 2025 — Another great job by the team. Got out the long duster and worked on my foyer. They did nice work and seemed to have a good time ~ good teamwork. 100% satisfied.

Updated September 2024 — Excellent job today by the team and first time they have been here. Very hard-working, attentive to detail, kitchen cabinets glow, tile squeaky clean, shutters and windows clean.

Prior review >> Today’s team did a really nice job. I did need to ask them to close windows (sometimes cleaners open windows to air out their room and cleaning supplies) because of our allergies. The dispatcher should note this to request of the homeowner prior to opening. But the quality of their work is good — no complaints at all!

My house is so clean that I don't even want to walk or cook. They worked very hard and left my house smelling clean thank you the cleaning authority!

Not happy. Felt like got scammed. Called yesterday to request cleaning. Explained my need to the first lady and she said flat 90$/hr. Then second lady called to schedule and get more details. We discussed the details and agreed to 2hr service. Again it's flat 90$/hr for this service. They showed up 20 min late and cleaned two small bathroom and one small kitchen in 2hrs and charged 360$ i.e. 90$/hr/person. They never mentioned it in our conversations. I have asked to send the email with the details. They never did.

We cancelled the service appointment more than 10 days before the service date while their manager told us that if we cancel the 150 dollars deposit would be non refundable, and called it "an offer".
But in their own written policy book it says the cancellation fee will be 25 dollars if you cancel the appointment in more than 48 hours. Is this called FRAUD? Is this ILLEGAL? Promised will call and solve the issue in 1-2 business days but actually never showed up again. Not responsive at all and unwilling to give back the money that they should never have taken until asked and investigated by the Attorney General's Office. Their manager told us that they would not refund the whole 150 dollars deposit if we cancel, but once asked by the bank they said that they're "more than happy to refund", "just want the cancellation fee". So they just enjoy bullying common customers but don't dare to lie to the government and the financial institutions huh?! We'll keep ourselves away from this business and this group of people, and also warn anyone we know who wants to do business with them.

The whole engagement and order fulfillment process was smooth and quick. Called over the weekend and sure enough 7 days support was true. There are a lot of other companies who advertise 7 days support but rarely support this. From the call to scheduling (the next day), the whole process was efficient and smooth. technician showed up on time with advance notice, completed the inspection and uncovered issues that needed fixing. Quoting of the increase was transparent, no hidden fees. When the tech couldn't finish the job because it needed a smaller sizes person to go under some plumbing pipes in my crawl space , he quickly scheduled in an alternative within a few days, put back my dryer so we could continue to use it.

The other tech showed up on time on the day scheduled and completed the job with full cleanup.

Now my dryer works flawlessly. The results are amazing. Highly recommended. I was really happy with the work they did. The technician did a great job cleaning the vent on my dryer.
