I am so pleased! Dre was on time, organized, and professional. He did an excellent job cleaning my area rug with pet friendly products. It was done in a timely manner at a fair price. Dre came in to clean and shampoo carpets in my home. He was timely and professional with his services. He was very knowledgeable about cleaners to use on different surfaces, and advocates using pet-safe and natural cleaning products. He also provided me a spray bottle to test out on a tough stain on an area rug before cleaning it in the next appointment.
