You could not get a better professional than Carlos! We have been working with his team for months, so glad we found him and could not be happier! All the instructions are followed by the T, Carlos is also very reasonably priced, ethical, prompt, transparent- all of the qualities that is a very rare in a package. Could not recommend more!

Carlos and his team are amazing! Everyone at the office loves our daily porter - she's basically like our "Work Mom"! Do yourself a favor, and hire AC Maintenance

We have had Annie's team at 3houses cleaning our construction company's office for the last year. We have had nothing but fantastic service from them. Part of the reason we were reaching out for a new cleaning service is that we had new vinyl wood floors put in and they were holding onto every spec of dirt. Our cleaning service at the time couldn't seem to figure out a solution. I reached out to Annie and her guy who specializes in floors came to see what we had going on and immediately knew that the floor needed to be sealed and should've been done by the company that sold it to us. The fact that our other cleaners didn't have a solution for that made switching to Annie's a total no brainer. We will stay with them for as long as they're around!
