There are usually four ladies at a time cleaning. They work separately and are thorough in their work. Friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend The Maids.

The majority of the cleaning was done well. The tub didn't look cleaned and the windows inthe bedroom still had bugs in the sill and frame.

It was wonderful working with them for a move out cleaning. They explained and clarified everything ahead of time. Team arrived in time and finished in time. Great experience. Thanks!

Reliable thorough honest team
My house was spotless. It is such a relief to be able to have a clean home when you get back from a hard days work. I appreciate the services and will use them on a regular basis.

Over the phone told me 3 people, but 4 came and the price increased. They did cleaning about 45minutes, and charged me more than one hour. And the floor is not clean, I can see obviously small pieces of dust.

The team did an outstanding job cleaning my house. They were efficient, brought all their equipment and I’ve even guarantee their work! I would refer their services to anyone and I have even scheduled them now on a regular basis. Seriously can’t recommend them enough!!

I have been using this cleaning service for a looooooooong time - since 2004, so we are coming up on 20 years! A team of 3-4 people is here every 2 weeks. They quote a 1-hour window and always arrive within that time. It's not always the same 4 people each time, but at this point, I have probably seen everyone who works for the Fremont office, and they are all wonderful.

Our house is about 2500 sq ft (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). They are always done within an hour. I think that is a great advantage of having several people - they split up the work, and they are in and out of here quickly (rather than one person who takes 4-5 hours to clean the house on their own).

The house looks (and smells) great when they are done: they clean the bathrooms & kitchen (including mopping the floors), empty the garbage, vacuum and dust the entire house, straighten up everything we leave laying around, make the beds (after I have washed the sheets), and so on. My kitchen is often a wreck, because although my husband is a fabulous cook, he is worthless when it comes to cleaning up after himself. At least once every 2 weeks, that kitchen is sparkling clean for a few hours... And it's a 3-floor split-level house, so vacuuming is a nightmare with all of the stairs, but they get it done.

The supervisor drops by to check in every so often, just to observe the team in action, and ask if I have any questions or concerns. I really appreciate that they have taken the time to do that.

Everyone is professional and efficient -- and always courteous and cheerful! Let's be honest, cleaning toilets and scrubbing floors is NOT a glamorous job, yet these folks do it well, and with a smile. Quite frankly, I am rather spoiled!

I hate to say my home was gross, but yep, it was. I have a potty training nightmare of a dog... Here come 3 wonderful women to my rescue! We chatted about what was most needed and how I can stay within budget. What a service! An hour later, my home is CLEAN, smelling fresh. Better yet, my pup hates the smell, so outside she goes!
Here's the standout - we can pay anyone to clean. 5he Maids went above my expectations to ensure we got a great service at a great price.

I called after 3 days of 3 different plumbers in and out of my bathroom trying to fix the clogged tub with different snakes. The mess they left was so bad. I was working from home while trying to get my tub fixed and I just didn't have time to clean my bathroom. The maids came last minute and did a excellent job SAME DAY! I wish I could have had them clean the rest of our apartment but we just moved in and still had boxes EVERY WHERE. I will definitely be calling them again after we get settled.

Yep don’t go to these guys for cleaning.
1. They told me $179 for one and a half hour of cleaning for 9:30 am
2. They ended up coming at 1:05 even after multiple confirmations
3. Told me the charge was $275 upon arrival but thankfully I had written proof
4. So then they back tracked the hours to only 45 min and refused to do the full time
5. Did a mediocre job and I had to constantly watch over them and tell them to scrub the floors multiple times.

Don’t get these guys, lesson learned

I was quoted $199/hr for 2hrs with 3 maids cleaning on a Saturday afternoon. On Thursday, I got a text confirmation that I had a booking on Friday. I called and said, Friday would not work. I was pressured to change my appointment to Friday, but I held firm to Saturday. Then on Saturday, only 2 maids arrived and at the end of the job they told me the charge was $260/hr because there were only 2 of them. I did not have written proof of the quote so I got ripped off. Will not use this service again. Horrible business practice.

I hired them for move-out cleaning. I booked them a week ahead because I had a very tight schedule between vacating and the house being put up for sale. The team ended up not showing up at 9 am as agreed upon. There was no text or email confirmation about the booking or the delay. After several tries, the manager finally was able to send the team over in the afternoon.
The cleaning was just okay. Baseboards and walls had stains and they kept arguing that they won’t scrub. I ended up borrowing their scrub and cleaning it myself. The vacuuming person left out some stairs and closets. After mentioning that she was super grumbly. Kitchen oven glass had finger prints after they left. We ended up spending $$$ and then another hour to deep-clean the place up ourselves after they left.
They ” guarantee” clean house and the manager was calling them back to do the missed spots, but the team was so grumbly and angry that I thought it is better and safer to let them go before addressing the issues.

I would never use their service or recommend them to anyone.

I have been using the maids for a long time regularly, and they do a fantastic job cleaning my apartment! I have Team Red and they are the best team ever. Very professional, very communicative, and listens to feedback and adjust their work.

I have a cat at home that she's very scared from the cleaning sounds and strangers, and the Maids team always worked with me to ensure that I can move my cat from one area to another before they clean. The thoughtfulness showed me they really care about their clients and want the best for their situation.

I highly recommend them to anyone who lives in the area!

The women that showed up did a great job but the scheduling was iffy at best with poor communication. After the service was done felt under the gun to pay and was told by person on phone that they won't leave until after payment went through. They need to work on customer service skills and communication that would've given them 5 stars

I contacted The Maids of Fremont for an estimate for our mid-size home and was able to book a whole house clean in a very timely manner. The owner was very accommodating on the time and date.

The Maids arrived on time and ready to work. I had to give very little instruction on what needed to be done. After any larger area was completed, they confirmed with me whether the area was done to my liking. If there were any spots they missed, they promptly re-cleaned/dusted, etc.
The Maids were very professional and were not too loud or carrying on personal conversations, which is important as I work from home full time.

The work was done quickly (only 1h 10 min), and the house looks and feels very clean and tidy. I can definitely feel the difference in each room, and will be calling them for future cleanings.

One thing I wish I would've asked was for them to open the blinds (which most folks would not think they open) and clean around the window sill areas. This was an oversight on my end, and will ask about it next time.

Payment was easy - they have a number of different methods.

After the visit, I called the office to inquire on future visits and cost, and was able to get clarification and a date/time that fit my schedule.

The Maids are very reliable and do a good job. Because they usually come in a group of four, the work is done quickly and efficiently.. I would recommend The Maids.

I had such a great experience with The Maids! The three ladies who came to clean my home were incredibly efficient, quick, and so easy to work with. They handled my clutter without hesitation and somehow made the whole process feel effortless. I wish I had gotten their names because they truly knew exactly what needed to get done and did it with care. My home looks amazing — highly recommend!

They came in on a Saturday right on time and did a thorough job with the move out cleaning. There were a couple of spots which I asked them to clean a bit more. They did so without any complaints. Very professional team. Was a pleasure to deal with.
