I recently purchased a new home and scheduled a deep clean move-in service. I paid for many extras, including cleaning all the light fixtures, windows, blinds, cobwebs, fireplace, etc. I was excited to have the peace of mind of having a professional cleaning service take care of the new house while I was packing up the old house, but I was extremely let down with the result. It turns out this is a dispatch service, and once the cleaners left, most of the extras I had paid for had not been completed. There were several cabinets and drawers that had not been cleaned at all. Many corners and edges remained dirty.

To their credit, the cleaners returned promptly after I contacted the company, and they did not try to argue or make a fuss. In fact, it seemed the company didn't tell the cleaners about the extras I purchased. This time, I stuck around to try my best to watch them cleaning, costing me valuable time. That's when I noticed more details. It was a husband-and-wife duo trying to manage a 2400 sq. ft. 2-story home. The wife was trying her best, but the husband was clearly less motivated. Their vacuum cleaner was so small and weak that it would be impossible for them to deep clean in any reasonable amount of time. Days later, I uncovered so many things that weren't cleaned, but it was too late to seek any recourse (there's only so much I can inspect immediately).

Overall, what I wanted was peace-of-mind and a professional deep-clean, and this was anything but. I was excited for this one-time opportunity to deep clean a vacant house, and instead I paid an exorbitant amount for what amounted to a surface-level clean. I then called the cleaners I normally usually use for monthly cleaning, and they did a much better job for a fraction of the price. I wish I had just trusted them from the beginning. In summary, if you are looking for a professional deep-clean, this is not it.

All I can say is Wow, It was definitely difficult finding the right company to come to your home and properly do a deep cleaning. They did such an amazing job at our home and we have already booked them to come back every month and hopefully next time we can have them organize our home as well.
