Bought my unit 2 years ago… after 6 months of use started having problems. Service and support was horrible. Would never return my calls, when I did finally get someone they said they don’t replace the unit and needed to know what parts were needed and would check if they could get them ….and need the original receipts and what the problem was. Just ridiculous. Good luck if you bought one and if you have problems.

Mr. Kaya and his crew did excellent job of repairing my ducts and installing new heat pump system. They are great and very affordable. I recommend Sharkaire anybody who needs hvac service.

Having gone through multiple quotes over the past year for a/c installation in our sunroom, I came across Sharkaire through Google search.

Not only did they give us a very reasonable quote, they were by far the most honest installers I've come across in recent years. Kaya and his team installed a dedicated circuit for the Mini split a/c from my garage across the ceiling, which was the right way to go instead of a band aid approach that I've seen other installers do.
