I hired Sharkaire to replace my water heater. Kaya was incredibly easy to work with. He provided me with detailed information about various installation options for gas tankless water heaters and heat-pump water heaters. He was incredibly flexible and allowed me to order a tankless gas heater from Lowe’s to take advantage of sales and credit card discounts. The installation took two days, which was more time than I had anticipated. The installer, Robert, was also easy to work with. He asked for my input on different installation options and took my requests into account.

My dryer was getting so hot that I was worried about the clothes shrinking or the machine breaking. Logan performed a dryer vent cleaning and found that the vent was almost completely blocked with old, wet lint. He cleared the entire line and even checked the exterior flap to make sure it was opening correctly. The dryer is running much cooler now, and the clothes come out perfectly dry without being scorched. He was a very professional and friendly technician who I’d definitely call again. He did a great job and was very thorough.

Have worked with this HVAC company for a long time. They truly do live up to their name. Prompt and professional you can't go wrong using them for all you HVAC needs. A 5 star company for sure. I would recommend to anyone.

We wanted to add an air conditioning section to our existing furnace in the attic. Joe from Giant came through with a quote for all Carrier products and a reasonable price. Joe explained the job clearly. We noted all 5-star ratings and decided to give him the job, even though he is in business only for a couple years. His crew came through and did the entire job in 2 days, it was efficient and clean. The system worked and passed city inspection with very minor changes, mainly to the labeling of electrical wires. I am happy with the result, and will recommend Giant to anyone who wants to add AC to an existing furnace system.
