I had been out of heat for almost a month and had a couple of contractors look at the furnace but they were not able to fix it or did not get back to me. Joe received my information from a friend and was proactive in looking into my issue and seeing if the parts were under warranty even before diagnosing the issue. Other contractors said it wasn’t but he found that it was.

After diagnosing the problem he was able to pick up the part and fix my heater within 24 hours. So appreciative of the thoroughness and professionalism of his work.
