Well run business. They responded to my home the same day, New Years Eve, to diagnose my refrigerator problem. Had the parts and service completed that weekend. When another problem arose they came back, apologized for the oversight, and fixed that too free of charge. I appreciate a local owner that is a man of integrity and provides apprentice opportunities for the young tradesmen in our community and is an excellent role model for superior customer service.

Thank you for coming OUT and helping our family with our air conditioner. It was extremely hot and every company I called had an expensive service charge just to assess the problem. Super Air came out same day service at NO CHARGE AND DID AN AMAZING JOB FIXING MY AC WITHIN 30 MIN. The cost was sort of expensive 300.00. They said they had to change AC wires. OUR home is extremely cold now... Thank you and may GOD BLESS YOUR BUSINESS😁😁

Let's just start out by saying our drop in range is OLD. The oven stopped working and I called and Anthony came out to diagnose the problem. He let us know that he could fix the problem however he wouldn't know how long until another part went out on it, and he didn't charge the diagnosis fee. I love honest people!! Fast forward we finally find an oven that we thought would work so we call Anthony again. He told us he may be expensive swapping them out because no one knows the condition of the wiring behind the range, he advised us to call around. Nope, he's cheapest and because the previous time I dealt with him, I have faith that he is trustworthy. He ends up coming out to swap the ranges and our new oven needs an inch so we need a person that specializes in cabinets. So he gets on his phone to try to get someone he knows over here tomorrow to see what they can do. And he left without charging us again. I will absolutely call them again and recommend him repeatedly!! Thank you so much Anthony, I appreciate you.

First, I like to keep my money local and support small businesses that the owner is actively working with their clients (as I own a small mom n pop bbq joint and do the same). After researching a few repair companies, I came upon Super Air and after talking with the owner I felt very comfortable. We talked on Saturday and discussed the issue with my cold prep table. He (the owner) showed up in the time window he agreed to on the following Monday and got right to work on our cold prep table. He had it diagnosed fairly quick and offered a reasonable quote for the repair. After I gave him the ok to fix the unit, my restaurant prep table was back up and running within 45 minutes! Great Service, Honest Diagnosis and Repair. Thank you for the business card refrigerator magnet as I will be using your company for all future repairs needed on the other units and will gladly recommend you to anyone I know in need.

Had an issue with my home A/C, called Super Air at the end of the business day and they were able to come out first thing the very next day and get me back up and running without any issue. Found Super Air online and they did an excellent job. My technician was Anthony and he came out two different times to help correct a problem with my fridge. Each time, he showed up promptly and gave me the information I needed to correct the problem. They are professional, courteous and reasonably priced. I'd recommend these guys to anyone!

This company was contracted out to fix our Air Conditioner by our Home Warranty. The first tech that came out got on the roof but was on the phone the entire time asking questions about the unit. He came down and said the senior tech had to come out and check it out because he didn't know what was wrong. The Senior tech comes out a few days later, but does not let us know when he arrives and climbed on to my neighbors roof. He said that the fuses were out, changed them, but then came down and said that wasn't the problem. The tech came back a third time and said they needed to replace the control board, which they did, but once again didn't let us know if they were done or when they were arriving at the house. Once the board was replaced the tech called and said that another part had to be replaced and that they had to contact the home warranty company in order to get it approved. We never heard back from the company again and tried to call them multiple times with no response. The A/C went out again with the same issue a month later, and we had to have another company come out and fix the problem. I would not recommend this company for A/C repair again.

Called most appliance repairs over the course of two weeks to have no one get back to me or return my calls or answer. Finally called Super Air & Appliance Repair and they were able to come see my washing machine the same day. They were able to tell me that the part I replaced was actually defective which saved me a lot of money so I can just return it and try again. Very happy with the service and they are very polite too. Will highly recommend to my friends and will be using again if needed!

Anthony the tech has been amazing! Accommodating our last minute needs for the heater during the escrow process of purchasing a home. He explained things to me and my clients so that we could actually understand and had the heater in working order in time! The pricing was competitive too! Clients are very happy!

I got to say Super Air & Appliance Repair was great. I had a pair of refrigerators that need servicing and repair. All of the service was top notch, from the receptionist who I spoke to on Friday, to the tech, Vidal who came out Saturday morning. They also kept me in the loop, were polite, and they were always in touch with the office making sure everything got done in a professional manner. I am glad I called them. Now I know where to call if I ever need an appliance worked on.

My elderly parents had Super Air and Appliance Repair come out and install a dishwasher before the holidays. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was installed crooked. My poor mom called and called to see if someone could come out and fix it and they unfortunately refused to even come look at it. This is extremely shady! I would suggest not doing business with this company. I will be sharing my story until this has been rectified. If you do business without quality and making sure you take care of your customers, you will get a bad reputation!

I had two repairmen come out to look at my washer. One was in and out within a few minutes and only told us the control board was bad and it would be months before one would come in. He was not from Super Air. I needed a second opinion. I contacted Super Air & Appliance Repair and they came out the next day! Robert came out with a partner, and they tried everything to fix my washer. They explained what the problem was, what caused the problem, and provided me with options. Although I have to buy a new washer, I would recommend Super Air & Appliance Repair. Not only did they take the time to take apart the washer, they also recommended which brands to buy and which brands to stay away from. I appreciate the time, the honesty,
the advice, and the fact that they explained it all to me. Thanks again guys.

Since becoming a home owner I’ve had my share of problems with my home , one company I can always call and know everything’s going to be resolved in a timely professional and most importantly affordable manner is Super Air. They have worked on my AC , water heater and refrigerator , always saving the day. If it was possible to give 10 stars that’s what I’d give them. I highly recommend them.

Gabe had great customer service and was outstanding. I was having problems with my dryer and he was a life saver during the winter season.
