I am furious. I found this place on Google and trusted the reviews. They charged my mom $200+ to supposedly fix her dryer issue. We called and told them a day after the tech came out to service the dryer that the issue was still happening we have had no answer from them or accountability!

I've use their services on a couple of occasions for different appliances. Both occasions. they were straight forward, honest and friendly and that is the type of service I respect. I will continue to do business with them an refer them to family and friends.

Had a technician come out to my parents house to look at a fridge long story short the technician thought my parents didn't understand English and was on the phone saying a connector wasn't fully seated yet they were gonna charge for a brand new part. When they questioned him about it he broke the clip amd claimed it wouldnt work. Almost 400$ they scammed and when asked leave the part that was being replaced they denied leaving it very shady business practices don't trust them

I had a scheduled appointment for Monday & they never showed up or called. I called their business & how fortunate the call didnt go thru till the next day. I finally got thru & they couldn't come out or service the next day. They recommended a cousin & told me to look online & I couldnt find a name or number....bad customer service. Will never use them again & delete their number from my phone.

This is a great company to work with. My mom’s air conditioning stopped working, I called Erlewine Mechanical and they came out right away. They worked all day and before sundown my mom had her ac working!! I would definitely recommend this company.

We had a great experience with this company, our large walk-in box stopped working. We called a few HVAV companies and they all said we need a new system. So we called a friend who works for a refrigeration manufacturer and they recommended Vern owner of Erlewine Mechanical , he fixed in less than 30 minutes. My office mini - refrigerator unit makes noise if we have set for too cold. I drove to Fresno to visit family and dropped of the tiny thing on Thanksgiving day. Even though it was a holiday, cold and wet the service was friendly. They called me 20 minutes after I dropped it off and they said only a screw was missing from the inside. They said have a Happy Thanksgiving and there was no charge. I tipped them $50 bucks anyway.
