I called Roger on a limb because my washer wasn’t running properly. I usually call Sears but this time I decided to call someone locally in hopes they could come diagnose the washer quickly. Laundry was piling high for our family of 5 and needed someone out quickly. Roger not only beat Sears house call price but was able to come to our home the next business day. He was very accommodating and honest. He gave us worse case scenario but it turns out our pump was in great condition and needed cleaning. Roger cleaned it for us and didn’t charge us for the service. We decided to have him replace the torn rubber seal (it’s been torn for about a year). He’ll be back in a week with the parts. I can truly appreciate an honest man’s work. Thank you Roger.
