We called out to sevice our dryer and ended up buying a new washer and dryer for a great deal. I love it! This guy (luis) was quick and awesome. I recommend his shop if your looking for a good deal.

Did not my expectations, $125.00 for 10 mins, checked washer made a slight agustment on rods and stated they might be bad. Did not fix Problem.

Such great prices. The washer and dryer set work great. Luis and his father have owned this place for years and my family has always bought from them. This is the first time I bought from them personally and they not only met my expectations, they have exceeded them. We will continue to shop with them.

Got a machine from them and a month later stopped spinning, paid $470 for a used machine, they charged $125 just to come out again and then offered for it to be totally fixed for another $325!! For all of those charges, we could have bought a brand new one, so we will never go through them again!!! And we were never offered an extended warranty.

Came here from a referral and it was well worth it! Luis helped me with a great washer and had it delivered the same day. He was able to deliver, install, and remove my old washer. It was an affordable price and it came with a warranty. He was incredibly helpful and even got my dryer put into place. Great experience, affordable and local! I definitely recommend calling up Reynosa Appliances before you shop big retailers!

For peace of mind, sometimes it’s better to just have a service person come out and check everything out then it is to assume the worst. Luis came in And immediately went to the washing machine for which I needed to have serviced and checked it out and found out that it was just a loose screw that was creating the problem. The way the machine sounded, I would have thought that it was time for a new machine. I also asked him to clean out the dryer because it is surprising how much lint does escape and go into places that you didn’t think it was possible. Fortunately, that that’s all been taken care of, and I now have peace of mind that everything should last for a lot longer.

Awesome guy and awesome business. I was moving and needed to get rid of a broken washer so I didn’t have to deal with it. He talked to me on the phone, was very polite, answered all my questions, and gave me all the information I needed. We agreed on a price and he came by quick and picked it up. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely be coming back to him to buy a dryer as well. Was excited to hear he even does trade in for the working dryer I have. Definitely recommend! 5 stars

Luis is always very nice and polite when he has to come out and fix the appliances. He doesn't seem to be mind the stupid little questions that I may have about what ever appliance he is there to fix and actually explains what he's doing or have done to get it fixed. Very professional highly recommend

1 star is too many. I was very blindsighted on how unscrupulous this company is. 1
First I called asking if they could repair my stove, in a Wednesday. They came out and charged to "diagnose" the problem, they charged about 125 for thar. They said that this payment would go towards the fixing and that they could potentially fix it by Friday if not latest on Saturday. Shortly on Wednesday they sent me a link to make a deposit for the alleged parts in order to fix my stove. So I paid right away thinking that they would fix it asap. Well it was all lies, I ended having to call them , and then they'd text and call off another number. We'll Friday came and there was a "DELAY." They only reach out after I called and texted them. Saturday came amd they still did not contact to fix even after I text them that I did not feel safe. Saturday, Sunday, Monday all the way to Wednesday passed and nothing. They did not reply phone calls or text. I finally got ahold after I left voice-mails and they said they'd refund me, well that was a lie too. They want me a woman to go drive to some unmarked adress after being lied to, after not having anything fixed. I finally called the credit card company. These ppl lied to me And wasted my time. I absolutely hate making a review like this but I was patient, I was kind and these people do not care. They ripped me off so bad. if you are the reynosa company please do not ripp off ppl that's not ok.
PS-look at how they reply all of their bad reviews they never apologize

My first time getting anything from here, so I was a little skeptical. But once I got in, he was very professional and very trustworthy. His service was phenomenal. He went over and beyond to satisfy my needs. He has a return customer for sure!

Awesome service! Our dryer stopped working and I called this company to schedule home service. The tech Luis showed up on time, knew exactly what was wrong, very knowledgeable and had it fixed in under 15 minutes. So quick and easy. Definitely recommending them to friends and family!

They did everything that you would hope for through this process. Communicated with me, worked with me on pick up and delivery times. When I first reached out I left a message, and they called me back a few hours later. It’s because they were out on a set up. Which I totally understand with a small business. Payment was all done through email. Very good people, made sure I was good the whole the time. If there were any time issues it was because I couldn’t get to the house fast enough for delivery.

Wasn't very friendly or helpful

Roger is very well trained, extremely prifessional and seems to really care that you are completely happy with his service. I will use his service every time I have a need.

Our A/C went out. Roger got here on the day I called. Came back the next day with the part. The A/C works great now. He charged a fair price. We are very satisfied with his work.

Was sent to us by Sears!! Initial call was ok, ordered the parts, waited 9 days for him to come back and repair my washing machine. He said he fixed it and left, the first time I used the machine exactly the same issue as I started with, so been without my washer for 2 weeks and still not repaired. Sears scheduled an appointment with one of their own technicians as I refused to accept Roger coming back again!! Do not use this person!!!
