If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! HE IS A SCAMMER! I purchased a fridge, washer and dryer from them and after using the dryer twice for a regular load of clothes it broke. He came out to fix it and then it broke again. He replaced the dryer thankfully. Then the freezer of the fridge stopped working and we called him again. He gave us a loaner fridge and took our fridge to get repaired. He is a scammer! I had to call and text him multiple times to get an update on my fridge. He ended up telling me he couldn't get in contact with the person fixing my fridge and that I would just have to wait until he got another fridge similar to the one I bought for him to replace it and he had no time frame. I requested a refund and returned the loaner fridge then he starts harassing me and my mother saying we broke the loaner fridge which we did not and he wouldn't issue the refund unless we pay $135 for repairs.

Luis came out to fix our washer the same day we called. He gave off a positive vibe, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We plan to use his services in the future. If you choose to have them service your appliances, you won’t be disappointed.

We needed the glass replaced on a range. They could not even estimate the cost of a replacement unless we brought it in to them or they charged us to go look at it. It felt like they were very incompetent or very shady, but Im not sure which.

Luis came out to fix our dryer the same day I called. He was very informative and helpful. I really appreciated it since it was a raining late afternoon, and we’ve been without a working dryer since the holidays.. I wish I would’ve called sooner! Definitely recommend!

Luis was very professional and accommodating. Customer service was excellent. The moment I walked in he was very helpful. They delivered and install my washer and dryer for me. Everything was simple and fast. I would definitely recommend for anyone! I went to two other places before his and they cannot compare to the service Luis provided! Definitely check his business out and you will not be disappointed with the service. I’m glad I came to him.

Paid for getting my washer and Dryer cleaned up charged 240$ for the service didn't even touch the washer. Person who booked the service was super rude except MArco. When asked for 120$ back, says its gonna be credited towards your washer repair. Never calling again.

Very unprofessional service tech. Charged me $125 for 5 minutes then gave me an estimate for almost $600 with potential of $500 more. Didn't put my washer back and left my laundry room a mess. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Update: this is not a compliment, I was given a few different options of what might be wrong and how it could possibly be fixed. Leaving my washer pulled away from the wall is not professional and your customer service sucks!!

I like in centerpoint tx and didn't see this card until and week later. It's going to rain so I put my wheelchair charger inside the box...anyway I was given this Samsung Frontier washer and it been a pain in the butt ever since throwing E code. I did some investigating and found it was the inlet valves so I ordered them and replaced it and WOW it's so easy now to do laundry, thank you so much. I'm going to use this company from now on and recommend it to everyone I know. You guys are the best 👌

I called and scheduled an appointment three days out. They mentioned I’d receive a link via text to pay the initial fee. I never received said text and realized it the day of my appointment. I called to ask them to send it, they took down all my information again, sent the link and said that because I didn’t pay, they gave away my appointment slot. The gentleman over the phone was extremely rude when I was confused as to how them not sending me the link was my fault. I’m so glad I didn’t work with this company based off the way they handled business even before coming out to my home.
