Carballos did a wonderful job. They had our refrigerator fixed, no problem within 24hrs of calling and their prices are great! Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome! In the midst of a heatwave they made it out here on the same day we called. It was about 9pm when they finally made it out, but they didn’t mind at all. The owner himself came out and had been working all day. We sure appreciate it! They communicated well and even though they were so backed up, we could tell they cared about us and we’re trying their best to make it out and cool our home. We’ve had a great experience and highly recommend.

These guys are absolutely amazing! I have never meet such honest, helpful, caring individuals. Our washer and dryer went out and I was also on a budget. These men were a God send. They worked hard to get our machines going again and at a great price. Mark and Alfonso thank you greatly!

Our heater was shaking the whole house when on so we called allbritten. They sent over a tech and he said we needed a new wheel and recommended replacing the motor while at it. Quoted close to 3 grand.
We decided to get a 2nd opinion. This is where the Carballo's came in. Mark came over the next day within ten minutes the house was no longer shaking. Turns out the unit was just dirty! Everything on it was in good condition.
I appreciate the honesty of this company. This was right after the holidays and spending an unnecessary 3grand would have stung a whole lot.

We used Carballo's AC Factory for the first time to repair a broken dishwasher, and were thoroughly pleased with the service they provided. Two repair men showed up on time, within their two-hour window, got right to work, and finished the job for a fair price. I need to mention that we had another repair person try to fix it first, but he was unable to do so, so needless to say, we were very pleased with the skill of the AC Factory team. We would definitely have them back for other jobs.

Mark is quick to respond and very polite via email and phone. Chad is a wonderful technician. Intelligent, well versed in his trade, and a mentor to his onsite peer who also did EXCELLENT. This crew knows their stuff and takes the time to walk you through their plan. Professional and kind the whole way through.

Everything was explained to me thoroughly the first time Chad came out to repair our older walk-in freezer that no other company could assist with. After doing such a good job the first time, I asked for their help again this time to install an ice machine for the residents at our shelter. From now on this is who I go to!

After the installation they received multiple high fives from the little ones currently residing here--trust me, that's impressive!

When the walk-in refrigeration unit at our restaurant stopped working, they were able to send out a technician to come assess the unit the following day. After an hour of looking over our system he suggested a motor replacement. We asked for an estimate of cost before agreeing to the service. It has now been over a week since the technician came out. They were quick to send an invoice for the assessment, with no follow up on the estimate. Refrigeration being down is a time sensitive issue, and this lag time is unacceptable. We went elsewhere to resolve this issue. Unreliable

We have a commercial refrigerator in our garage with stopped getting cold months ago. We’ve had several different companies come out and they were unsuccessful. I called this morning and after talking to Mark I felt confident they could fix it. Tito was able to fix the issue in under a hour. He was polite and reassured me the issue was fixed. I’m so excited it’s finally fixed. I couldn’t recommend them more.

No mistakes, went in the other day. Asked about a repair on my washer machine. The guy didn't even asked me any questions, such as make, model or what was wrong with it.
He simply just wrote down a number and referred me to another location.

So nope no mistake.

We bought a dryer from there recently, and my mom did not realize her buttons on the dryer did not work properly. So it's passed her warranty, and now she's stuck with a dryer that has buttons not working, and you can't even set a time because an error keeps popping up. We have yet to call because the warranty is up and my mom isn't paying anymore towards it

Update just over a year later my dryer literally short circuit and almost caught my place on fire and firefighters said it was a faulty fuse of some sort or the belt. I bought an LG and no issues now.

I would recommend the services. He was very knowledgeable about his appliance products information that I needed as well as bought another refrigerator off him. Great quality. Great product! Bought washer and dryer here. It broke down and Luis was very knowledgeable and able to help us. He fixed the washer and even cleaned our dryer for a great rate. Hands down would definitely call him again.

Good running business, they have a great selection of washers, dryers and stoves, I personally got pair of washer and dryer, and got them delivered and Installed at my new condo. For a good price. They service broken units, so they keeping the old good machines alive, would recommend to anyone trying to save some money or in need of a quick repair.

Horrible! Do not recommend this place! Technician came out for my washer. My washer was stopping after the was cycle, not rinsing! He spent about 15 minutes to reset the “Error Code” ( no error code on the panel) told me my machine was fine and in great condition! He then charged me $221.00 when I was quoted $110.00. I paid the $221.00 without questioning it. When they left I started a load of clothes to find my machine was exactly how it was when he arrived! The machine was Washing but stopping when it got to the rinse cycle. Called him right away and over the phone he tells me my machine needs parts and he will have to get pricing and call me another day! He mentioned nothing about parts potentially being needed when he was at my home. He took my money and made no repairs! He lied saying it was fixed and then told me over the phone I needed parts. He became very defensive, interrupting me when I was trying to ask if he was coming back to make the repair. He ended the call telling me to find someone else! I called and Luis came out on a Friday last minute. He said 90 bucks to come out but it would be count towards the repair. He immediately saw the problem, a dryer door switch that costs $6. Well, it took him 5 minutes to fix it and he charged $221. That seemed high to me but I need my dryer so I had no choice and paid it. I will not be calling him back or buying anything there. Shop around, Im sure you can find a more reasonable shop.
