Simply the best. John got my pool done quickly, painlessly, and on time despite the insane weather we had this season. My friend who was/is having their pool built by Vineyard Pools and started BEFORE our build STILL just have a gunited hole in the ground and no pool. Mine is done and usable for the season. John perfectly scheduled around the pockets of good weather and got everything done with zero delays. He is amazing!

VO Pools was Amazing to work with!! John the owner was always in communication with us about the whole process from start to Finnish! He is always on site and oversees all the work that is preformed! First off I loved the fact that I was able to deal with one person( the owner) from first initial meeting, design process, all the way through out the building process. John’s attention to detail is amazing, he listened to everything I wanted and designed a gorgeous pool for me. John was there every step of the way from dig day all the way to fill up day overseeing it all and making sure everything was correct. He was great at communicating with the me every step of the way and was always available to answer my call or return my call in a timely matter if needed. I highly recommend VO pools. It is obvious that the owner takes great pride in each and every pool he designs and builds and doesn’t just treat it as just another commission, his passion in building a beautiful pool was obvious in how he treated us and how he was always present. My pool was built in the time frame given and it never sat more than a couple days without someone at my house working on it. He made the process so easy, smooth and stress free.

John built our pool 6 years ago and til this day he still answers my calls and texts same day. He has referred me to some great people for different things and any issues I have he helps me find a solution. So rest assured that you will not only be his client while he builds your pool but for as long as you have questions.

We used VO Pools for a pool build after hearing great reviews from people we know that have used him. We’ve heard a ton of horror stories from neighbors with other pool builders and we are so happy we went with VO pools. He’s quick, great at communicating, and just an overall great experience. Our pool was done in about 8 weeks and would have been sooner if we didn’t experience a Fresno heatwave for 10 days. The madera county inspectors also said that they never have any issues with VO pools and we made a good choice going with him. We will post pictures once we finish landscaping, but we highly recommend VO pools for your pool build.

Deciding to go with VO Pools to build our pool/spa was one of the best decisions we have made as homeowners. I did the research for you! Hire John( VO Pools)! Get the pool you envisioned without the stress. I hired 2 other contractors before finding John. John answered all my questions, answered my calls and showed up at each phase. I wish I had gone straight to VO Pools! Take my word for it, its tough to find a honest pool builder. 100000/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If there is one thing John is great at (aside from building QUALITY pools) it is his communication skills. We started with a dirt lot so we had worked with several contractors for several different projects and John by far out-communicated every single one. From start to finish John was always available to answer any concerns and he followed through on every verbal and written promise. You simply CAN NOT work around a person/vendor/company that does not communicate with you. Here are several other reasons why we recommend V.O Pools:

INTEGRITY: You can tell John takes pride in his work and same goes with the people he brings into your home. He is honest and will tell you if we hit snags and how to fix it. He will go above and beyond and make sure things are done correctly and that the safety of your family and your home comes first.

TIMELINESS: We broke ground on Aug 26th and our pool was filled and we were swimming on Oct 7. The longest part was getting past MY neighborhood HOA (none of which was John's fault)

PROFESSIONALISM: Every vendor we worked with to build the pool (think tile guys, tile warehouse guys, plumbers, concrete guys) all really respect John and his work ethic. That is saying A LOT. Get yourself a contractor who treats their people well and you know they will also do a great job in your home.

KINDNESS: John is truly a great person and treats you and your home with kindness and respect. I never thought I would describe a contractor as "kind". I truly believe that our project went as smooth as it did because John is a humble, innately kind human who loves what he does and also cares about people! They talk about healthcare heroes all the time but after a bunch of debacles we went through with other projects in our new build... Highly recommend going with VO pools! From the beginning John was always very communicative, helpful and knowledgeable. He was on site at every important step of our pool building, and was very on top of everything. He has decades of experience in building quality pools and that really showed. It only took a total of 7 weeks from the start of digging to completed pool. It would have actually been 6 weeks, but the pebble guys were a week delayed due to the extreme heat we had. We are extremely happy with the result, and overall the service we received from John! We are recommending him to everyone we know.
