Open 24 hours but doesn't answer their phone. When they do answer they hang up on you. I will never use Service Master again! I wish I could give negative stars.

Terrible service came and completely tore my house down and did absolutely nothing but put fans down for 5 days and charge insane prices for doing absolutely little to no work would not recommend

Stated out great but said it was $250 for the damage report and then sent me a bill for 450 and then when I called to pay they don’t even answer and you have to leave a message to get a call back to pay them at there convenience

They might work quickly but they’re very messy. They left asbestos all over our house and nails in our drive way.

If you want good service pay a licensed proffesional contractor. Kids with no experience doing demos will cost you more money in the long run. Please do not get caught up in the insurance scam

An inspection was ordered by my insurance company for a leaking shower pan. The good news is that ServiceMaster's employees were punctual, professional and courteous. The insurance company paid them via wire transfer, but ServiceMaster lost the payment so they kept sending me bills instead and so far I have received 3 because of their incompetency. ServiceMaster's employees are great, but the corporate office is ran by idiots and incompetence.

These guys were GREAT!! they showed up quickly and removed the water from my home. Came back the next day to check everything. Couldn't be happier with their work and professionalism!!!
Would definitely call them again if I had a problem.

I will not recommend this company or their restoration company to anyone. please be carful. l learned it the hard way. all they care about is making money from you and your insurance company. they will make it sound like they are working for you and want to help you and your rights and what so ever once they get in they go above and beyond just to make money. don't let them take anything from you house. they will keep everything like hostage and will not bring you your items until they get paid. it will take for ever and they will not answer your call or e-mails. They will tell you they got hired by your insurance company and after that they will tell you to deal with it. it has been over 3 months since the fire at my house and yet to deliver my clothes.

Horrible company make sure when you receive your bill look over it. They said they had to use so many boxes but instead I counted less than 50 but seen they put 95 LG boxes and about 80 small boxes. Mind you the rooms were half empty. Tried reaching out but got nothing will be. They are crooks. I looked this company up looks like I'm not the 1st and found out the owner David is ok with this going on. Will report to the BBB and I hope they do an investigation.

Horrible company to bring into your home or businesses. Had valuable items stolen from my home and they wouldn’t take any responsibility for there employees actions until my Insurance Company got ahold of the CEO and told him to make things rights. If it wasn’t for my Insurance Company they wouldn’t had been held accountable for there employees actions. And according to there employees it’s a common thing that happens at the job sites there sent out to.

We had a water leak in the attic. They sent a team of kids with no care or consideration for our home. Had to hound the supervisor for communication on what was happening in our home. They created more damage then what was previously there. They left our home a disaster. And ruined all the paint upstairs even in areas that were not affected. They ruined our furniture and touched our personal belongings. Now our insurance has to pay to essentially repaint our entire second floor and replace all our carpet because of how they cut into the center of our stairs and ripped out a patch of padding. By for the worst company we have ever felt with. They took down our ceiling and left insulation everywhere. Never sent a report of what was completed. What should have been 5k in damage turned into 30k because now we have to replace our ceiling,lights, a wall in the owners suite, carpet and repaint our whole upstairs. Not to mention the damaged furniture.

Ali came to my house shortly after I requested an estimate and quoted me a fair price for my laundry room and kitchen floor. I also requested a new kitchen backsplash. The project started less than 2 weeks after the estimate was sent to me, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately. I felt the team members were responsive to changes (grout colors, sealing the floor) that I requested throughout the construction process. Ali even picked up my materials and returned my unused items, which helped me a lot. I would hire this company again!

I highly recommend Arash Flooring! He did an amazing job and was incredibly punctual, always arriving and leaving right on time. He kept all his tools and materials perfectly organized in one spot to ensure no damage was done to the house. After finishing, he cleaned up everything beautifully. His work was flawless, and whenever a minor issue came up, he fixed it immediately without hesitation. Super satisfied with his excellent service!

While the inspector was personable, I ultimately left the inspection feeling concerned that important aspects of the process were minimized rather than thoroughly addressed. Instead of maintaining a neutral and objective approach focused on protecting the buyer’s interests, the experience often felt more like the inspector was trying to sell us on the home.

I also found it unprofessional that, while standing in the seller’s home and on camera, the inspector repeatedly emphasized what a “great home” it was rather than focusing on providing clear, unbiased information about potential concerns and maintenance issues. A home inspection should help buyers make informed decisions, and I expected a more balanced and objective assessment throughout the process.

V.O. Pools built our pool last summer. I got multiple bids and John was by far the most helpful when he bid the job.The Communication from start to finish was absolutely perfect.
