Super professional and had great communication. Our installer went out of business several years ago and the inverter went out. They worked with us to get it replaced under the warranty. Alexus in the office and the Installer Danny were awesome to work with.

After doing my own research, I reached out to Solar Negotiators when I was ready to go solar. Instead of pushy sales tactics, I got straightforward solutions that cut my average energy costs in half. Everything went smoother than I expected, and they even finished in time to save me from the dreaded July/August AC bills.

They called ahead to let us know arrival time. They arrived first thing in the morning; great for us. They were as quiet as could be. I barely heard them climbing or cleaning. I had to peek through the window to see that they were there. They were done with the solar panel cleaning within half an hour. No mess left behind. Water ran off through gutters.

I received help from Chad, Jasmine, and Jason, all of whom went out of their way to assist me despite knowing I am in a situation where I cannot purchase a system from them because of a tie-up with another company. Based on their price estimates and customer service alone, I can confidently give them 5 full stars.

I was referred by our cousin So Chuck showed up and came to the house and explained everything and he was professional at it so we made an agreement me and my brother-in-law two houses the same day and he offered us two washes for free as long our homes The installation was awesome. The service is awesome, but they only gave us one wash the first year so when I called Chuck back, he said he’ll look at it and he never got back to me and kept calling my phone calls so I called him one time and I told him I have a customer for you, right back right? I told him about the situation and he said he’ll look at it and he never got back to me after that. So now I only getting one watch for free

Great company and awesome team from the sale to the install. Super happy and the savings are awesome. Even with the AC blowing out electrical bill is between $30 to $50 per month now vs $500 to $700 before we got our system.

We were referred by family to Solar Negotiators because they had had a positive experience. Despite the referral we got 3 quotes from Solar companies and still chose Solar Negotiators even from the sales pitch. They brought the details we wanted based on usage data and the quote was reasonable, competitive and acceptable. From start to finish our experience was positive. Install was scheduled about a month after our initial visit and layout approvals. We had existing panels which push/pull from the grid, which we kept as-is. From Solar Negotiator's we chose a non-export system that doubled our panel count but gave us 2 back up batteries. Inspections were passed and after that, someone from the company also came out to make sure I understood the monitoring apps. We are pleased with what we received and would pass on a positive recommendation to family and friends.

Solar Negotiators installed our solar battery system. They handled not only the installation, but every step of the process including permits and inspections by the city and electric company (SCE). It would have been incredibly frustrating to deal with all that red tape on my own. The experts at Solar Negotiators have obviously done this many times before. So shopped solar for over a year none were able to provide what I needed or what I wanted at a price point and or credit score that I had even some just flat out lied to me about how the rebate system worked after so so many reviews solar negotiators came and I was done with all these folks but I listened told him exactly what I wanted they came with a plan that met my expectations found the ability to get them installed producing the power I needed the the set i want with enough back power that I don't need anything from the power company. And they found a way to make financing work for me

The salesman was great and did not pressure me to purchase the system. The installation was quick and they worked with PG&E to get my system approved and up and running within a couple of weeks when I had heard from others that it took months. The initial sales price included a $2000 charge for work that ended up not being required. I never would have known that the work wasn’t necessary. They were very honest and refunded me the $2000.

Solar Negotiators is a 1st class operation, form the initial salesmans contract to the installation of the panels. The salesman was very knowledgeable & easy to communicate with. He always responded when I reached out. The installers were outstanding. I work in the trades, so I know what to look for in a good job & these guys nailed it. Showed up when they said they would & did a super clean job. I said earlier, Solar Negotiators is a 1st class operation. I will be recommended them to anyone interested in the solar experience.

Worst company I’ve worked with. It took about 6 months just for them to start on my roof and another 3 months to get my system activated. It took almost a year just to complete my roof and solar, only to still continue to get billed from Edison!

They are professional. They keep an eye on our system for updates and/or failures. There have not been any failures. I would recommend them to everyone.

The crew's of solar negotiator, are nice and helpful. I say thank to Sherene, she even drove home to help me set up the Tesla app and a Goodleap app, when I can’t set up online.

We definitely made the correct decision going with Solar Negotiators. It’s been 2 years and they are very attentive; did not drop us after the sale. Love the yearly scheduled panel cleaning; love when I text or call I get a quick response. We have not had an electric bill and no tru-up bill at the end of the year. In fact SCE sent us a check. They are the best!

We got estimates from 5 other solar companies and chose Solar Negotiators because they had a longer battery warranty and offered yearly cleaning of the solar panels which the other companies didn't offer, and the price was comparable with the other companies. They were wonderful to work with throughout the processes and very knowledgeable. They kept us informed by text and email on each step of the project and we're always available to answer any questions that we had along the way. My husband and I have already recommended them to our friends and will continue to recommend them.

Going solar was one of the best decisions we've ever made. Before solar, our electricity bill was becoming unmanageable. After solar, we have a much lower bill and the loan will be paid off in just a few years. I also highly recommend Solar Maintenance Pros. We have 3 cleanings done each year, which increases the efficiency of the panels, thus lowering our bill even more.

I upgrade my system ten months ago and were not producing. I contacted Solar Negotiators and send Louise Barcus to check my system. Louise Barcus was professional and very knowledgeable on her job. She was able to check my system and find the problem in a short time. What others couldn’t fix in ten months she was able to fix in a short time. Her knowledge and experience are exceptional and the service provided was incredible.

UPDATE AS OF 10.17.2025: New people starting helping with this problem. ADRIANA has been very helpful and persistent in getting this matter taken care of. My schedule is really busy but she made multiple attempts to make sure she was able to get in touch and make sure the issue was taken care of. I ended up contacting the solar panel MFG. myself and had the panels on hand. Adriana got a tech out and got the panel installed. Also during this my inverter went out and they got this installed and taken care of very quickly. It has been a long process but once this new group of people stepped in it was very quick and the respect, and customer care was excellent. I wanted to update the review because new employees and the company as a whole shouldn't suffer for previous employees dropping the ball.

UPDATE: AS OF 6.26.2025 STILL NO FIX! SENT AMOTHER TECH OUT SAME DIAGNOSTICS AND NO CONTACT AFTER.
They installed solar years ago for me. Did 24 panels. They have had to replace panels and cell cards but it is always a fight and hassle. Now I have 3 bad panels (they installed Canadian not USA made) they will only replace with different size and different color. They will not recommend any other companies to do what they can not do. So now I have 1 non working panel (for about 8-12 months) and 2 under-producing that should be covered under warranty (but cant match the size or color) that I'll have to have replaced my another contractor. When this company first started it was a great company and all about customer service, i recommended to everyone. Now it's "this is what we will do take it or leave it, we really don't care".
Or they also said "We are not able to give you a company that might have one, they only thing we can advise is that you try to source the module online somehow."
Be careful with their warranty you may find yourself sourcing the panel online.
